Description of Work: USAA is my family's car insurance, homeowner's insurance, and bank. USAA provides excellent service for all of our insurance and banking needs. Their representatives are always helpful, respectful and responsive. My family will continue to use USAA for all of our banking and insurance needs for the foreseeable future.

Description of Work: USAA is outstanding! I use them for both vehicle and home insurance. I can't say enough about their professionalism and responsiveness when I had a claim for damage to my home. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: USAA has provided my car insurance since I was in the service decades ago. In recent years I also insured my home with them. A few years ago I opened an account with the USAA online bank and have been very pleased with their no- charge checking, ATM and fund transfers. I recommend them highly.

It is a bank with investment options, it has travel, buying discounts, savings and checking accounts for all military and their families in good standing. Once you belong to USAA you have it for life! I joined when I was an Army nurse way back when and have been with them forever! There is no better company for all your needs. I cannot say enough great thing about USAA.

It has been a few years since I used them, but I will be using them again soon. |I had to find another carrier because they don't cover condos, and I hated to give them up!! I don't remember when the last date of service was nor the cost, but I will surely use them again.

Description of Work: I've used USAA for auto and home insurance and the USAA bank for over thirty years. Most recently I moved money from an IRA I had with them into a checking account. The provided advice/counseling regarding the move, but completed it in a timely manner, as I requested. This was a no-cost action for me. I was very satisfied with how my request was handled, and have been very satisfied with the USAA bank over the history of my membership.

Description of Work: I have used USAA for years for automobile and homeowner insurance and banking. It's hard to compare prices because I feel that not everything can be rated by the cost of the services provided. USAA has a good reputation among the auto repair centers I've used and I have never felt cheated by them. I have no problem with the banking services provided I'll stay with them until I feel dissatisfied or feel that I can truly get the same quality of service elsewhere for a lower price.
