Description of Work: I have been with USAA for approximately 30 years. All other banking and insurance services are second or third rate compared to them. As I have moved around often, they are convenient and always ready to help. I have had local Bank services in the past, but they are no longer even needed since the advent of internet deposit and banking/insurance.

Description of Work: I have been a member of USAA for nearly 45 years. I have never had any other insurance on my cars, house, homeowners,etc. I have never been anything less than totally satisfied with their service. I have submitted claims on major and minor vehicle accidents, a major renters insurance claim, and minor home owners claims. I have had no issues with their claims resolution. Theorganization is totally professional. USAA may not be the cheapest carrier but to quote the old adage, "you get what you pay for".
