They handled all of our automobile claims in a prompt and fair manner. Our insurance rates did not increase, as so many other people's do when they file automobile claims.

I have had USAA for quite a few years now and I really enjoy their services. Their price comes nowhere close to anyone else.

I get the best service from USAA. It is easy to accomplish whatever I need when I call. There are short wait times and the customer service representative is always patient, kind and actually knows what they are talking about or what your options are. Recently I have had to have money wired for a mortgage and acquire a new homeowners policy. Both headache free!

As always, the representative that I spoke with was able to easily modify my auto policy to include my new vehicle, at a very reasonable price. I am always blown away by the small impact these changes have on my USAA policy. Every representative that I have ever worked with has been extremely well versed and patient with any questions I may have. I have never had to file a claim, thank goodness, but I'm sure if I ever have to that I will be taken care of in this same, effective, professional, and courteous manner.

My husband and I love USAA for banking and auto insurance. We are in the process of buying a house right now and just started flood insurance through them. I can't attest to that service as it's still very new, but we are in the middle of processing our loan before the closing date on the house. We've been in contact with our loan processor almost daily working through all the details. She has been very easy to reach, and overall good to work with. There have only been a few instances when I felt that the service was sub par. We were misinformed about a few charges on the GFE, and the other time was a miscommunication about insurance. However, buying a house is lengthy and can be tricky for all parties involved, so overall I'm still very pleased with USAA for my home loan. I have never had any issues with their banking or auto services. They are always very easy to reach via online messaging or over the phone (if calling customer service, just initially say you want to speak to a representative when the automated message asks what you're calling about. It will bypass so much time talking to the recorded message). Also, their customer service is pretty good. Most of the representatives I've talked to have been friendly and I've called quite a few times!

After I completed my online forms a representative contacted me for review of information. Instructions were also given on what to do after deciding on the auto I wanted to purchase. They guided me through the entire process from start to finish. They still contact me to see if all is well with the purchase process.

The customer service was outstanding. The price quoted was very reasonable. The services offered were great and the staff was very fast and friendly in answering questions.

The managed funds significantly under performed market index's and a comparable separate account I personally manged (returns of approximately 10% versus 30%). I contacted the company for an explaination and advised them I was considering closing the accounts. They were slow to respond and it required multiple inquiries to receive information. Asked that the brokerage accounts be liquidated and placed into an asset management account in March of 2014. It was not until the end of May 2014 that this was finally completed. They still charged a brokerage management fee $475 for April 2014 even though there was no constyrutive management. No satisfactory explanation was provided regarding the poor performance of managed funds nor was there any acknowledgment of poor performance on the part of USAA. Although timely responses to inquiries we promised. I am in the process of divesting myself of association with all USAA Wealth Management activities.

I have used them for 6 years and they are great. When we totaled one of our cars in the middle of no where they had someone come get us (free of charge) helped us get to where we needed to be.

Best claim service I have ever had in 40 years of coverage with various insurance companies.

When setting up my checkign account the lady was friendly and courteous and offered the best customer service. They were promt but efficent and I will be back for more services.

Excellent service. USAA followed several times to make sure we got everything we needed and was satisfied. The quotes we where given turned out to be a bit higher than what we are paying, so we got a better deal than we thought. My homeowners insurance was several hundred less than the previous insurance company plus with a much lower deductible. Car insurance turned out the same way as well - better coverage for less $$$. I haven't need to file a claim so I can't speak to the claims process. But if it's anything like the banking/insurance side, I wouldn't expect any issues.

See statement above! All unauthorized activity was cleared from my card, they closed the account right away and put an alert on my credit. Most importantly i didnt have to wait hours in the phone to speak with someone and they just continue to provide excellent service every time! I highly recommend them!!!!

I've been with them for 50 years now. They provide me with a wide coverage--house, umbrella policy, and cars. Their prices are very competitive.

They did a wonderful job. They did a great job and they were about $2000 less expensive than the next quote. The contractor who came to do the job also did a wonderful job and cleaned up was absolutely incredible.
