Description of Work: I've been using USAA for 8+ years and have had great service every time.

Description of Work: My auto insurance and home insurance are through this agency. My Visa card also. I can not imagine how they could improve their service. I have been told their home insurance is higher than State Farm or Farmers but you didn't see anyone suing them for non payment after either of the last hurricanes that came through here. you get what you pay for!

Description of Work: USAA is a company originally started for (and may still be limited to) those in the military. They have our home and auto insurance policies as well as some other financial services, and we have been using them for over 30 years. I wouldn't change for anything--good prices, knowledgeable and caring people to talk to, and fast response.

Description of Work: All around great experience, great customer service. Only complaint is credit checks. With a very high income and spotless credit history, they sometimes fail to see this.

Description of Work: Car accident. My car was totaled. USAA was more concerned that we were ok. They paid out my claim within a week. It was the best service ever! I call to talk to them about investments and they NEVER talk down to me. We bought our house through them and it was the easiest transaction! We love them!

On the rare occasions I've needed their services (auto related)they have provided excellent, problem free service. I get mail all the time from other insurance companies trying to get my business. Interesting to note they frequently compare themselves with other companies to show the great deals they offer but they NEVER compare themselves with USAA...for good reason. USAA is the best in the business.

Description of Work: Promptly processed my claim for damage to my wife's Toyota van, sometime last year. A tree limb fell on it and dented the roof and sliding side door. Repairs were done my a local Hardeeville repair shop. USAA has been my insurer for 30 years, since 1985, and they have never denied a claim or underpaid for a repair. They are my insurance rock (sorry Prudential!).
