Description of Work: We transferred all of our insurances--autos, boat, home, and camper--to USAA. They were very professional, patient, and helpful despite the fact that everything is over the phone. We have had them a little over a year, and so far no problems. Rates are competitive. I compared with 2-3 other companies.

Description of Work: I switched several of my insurance policies (homeowners, auto and flood) to USAA and cannot be happier. Premiums are lower than the excess and surplus lines carriers (homeowners)I've been dealing with post-Hurricane Katrina. My auto insurance was with State Farm for over 30 years, but USAA ended up being highly competitive due to multi-line discounts. The staff has been very professional and helpful from the beginning. Thanks, USAA!!

Description of Work: USAA privides a buying service for auto/truck purchases. You privide info on the vehicle you want with trim level and accessories and they find three local dealerships that have vehicle and provide discounts off of MSRP for a potential purchase. I saved approx $1000 off of my purchase using this service. It is very easy to use.
