Description of Work: Member for 18 years. They have insured me for 3 car accidents, helped us relocate from one state to another, mortgaged two homes, home owners insurance and apartment dwelling insurance, have provided 24hr roadside assistance many times, and I can't remember what else with this impromptu evaluation. I have never had a problem. If you are looking for perfect, they will disappoint because that does not exist in an imperfect world. However, if you are looking for a darn good company, I recommend USAA. No kick-backs here: I am a registered nurse and have never worked for them; I am just telling it like it is.
