Description of Work: This is the second home we have purchased through them. Very helpful, precise, and polite. We have used the USAA insurance for cars, rental and home since 1986 and have never been disappointed in their services. They even have travel insurance. We are just starting online banking with them and expect to be very happy with that too.

Description of Work: Great bank and insurance company. Banked with them for 15 years. Insurance off and on for 30 years. Sometimes their insurance is not competitive in a particular market because they do not like to expose themselves to too much risk. But they are upfront about that philosophy.

Description of Work: USAA provides for all my financial needs. Checking, savings, loans, insurance, etc. They are a little more expensive than other insurance companies, but you get what you pay for. They can't be beaten in customer service, amenities, and overall quality. I love USAA!
