Description of Work: I was looking for a replacement for a local credit union that has an abysmal online presence. The only reason I can't fully use USAA is they have no provisions for getting cash OUT of the account, such as free use of local ATMs.

Description of Work: Even though they operate from San Antonio, TX, USAA was FAR more responsive and professional in my inquiry in refinancing our home loan than the original, local mortgage company. Local mortgage company gave me a range of 3.25 - 3.50% for a 15-year loan, USAA locked me into a 3.0% loan good for 60 days. Can't say enough good words about USAA's quality of service.

Description of Work: I have been a USAA member since 1996- prior to that I was a joint user of their services with my husband since 1973- they have always been responsive to my concerns and needs, banking services are excellent and I will continue to use them. Excellent fraud protection with credit card services and other family members that have home and car insurance with them are pleased with rates and services also.
