Description of Work: I spent about an hour talking with the USAA rep about pre-retirement financial planning. It cost nothing because I have USAA auto insurance. The rep was very attentive, understanding and remembering everything I said. In the course of the conversation he did mention USAA services (instruments?) available but he did not push them on me. I rate the quality of service only a B because I didn't come away from the session with any changed plans or thoughts; maybe because I wasn't clear enough on my needs/goals, maybe because I'm in pretty good shape and don't need to do anything different.

Description of Work: Doubled the replacement value of a house that would sell for 180,000 to 800,000. And raised by yearly premuim up 576.00 over the the original premium after I paid and received the policy. If I were a military person (and that's who they target) I would go with another insurance co.

Description of Work: I have had insurance policies (home & auto) and credit card account for approximately 35 years. Everytime I have called the company I have been treated professionally. I have had two wrong charges to my credit card which were investigated immediately and cleared to my satisfaction within one week. For auto insurance I have used USAA for car accidents and keys locked in my cars. I was satisfied each time I used USAA. With my auto insurance I was able to change my annual driving mileage. For home insurance I have used them for roof inspections and inside damage. I accepted the inspection results. I had requested information about estate planning and file keeping. USAA has additional informational booklets which are available to members. Excellent company.
