Our A/C went out on our newly-purchased home with a second floor unit causing leaks in the ceiling of the first floor. We originally called Will Fix It and the earliest tech wasn't available until the next day. When the Will Fix It tech came over, he quoted us DOUBLE the price that we were expecting for the job -- yikes. We decided we wanted a second opinion, so I posted the project on HomeAdvisor. USA Air called me within minutes of posting the job. The tech was over at our place within an hour and did not charge a service call fee. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was spot on for what we estimated it to cost. Needless to say, we hired USA Air to do the job. They came over the next morning and cleaned our coils thoroughly and swiftly. I am very impressed with USA Air's work and it has held up just fine a couple months after the service, even on this 100+ degree day summer! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C repair.

Two weeks ago, during the beginning stint of triple digits our AC failed. On that Saturday we were able to secure seven estimates. Roberts came in second lowest while providing one of the top tier models. He came back on Sunday providing a steroid shot to our old unit to get us through one more night. On Monday he and his crew replaced the old unit, corrected dual zone ducting systems and installed an additional return unit. USA Air is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. Since we have owned the home the AC has never been more efficient. He and his crew came back the following day to ensure our satisfaction and helped us complete the warranty and CPS rebate. This is a company I would recommend to all.

The install was performed as agreed. Cleaned up upon finishing the install. So far, Everything went as planned.

I called Robert in the morning after my AC is not cooling around 24 hours. He came to my home before the Sun and heat rising up and fixed the problem very quick. In month of June, if your AC is not cooling, you just cannot do anything at all at home. But, Robert fixed the problem very quick. Thanks a lot. I will definitely recommend him and I will call him again for my AC unit maintain check up twice a year service.

After I listed about my a.c. problem,robert from usa air called me.we set up a time for him to come over,he diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price the Same saturday.i will use him again.

Bobby originally responded to my inquiry for an evaporator coil install. He quoted a really reasonable rate for the install of my evaporator coil, recharge and check for leaks. A month later I booked him. He came out next day. Immediately he tried to upcharge for the job stating I didn't tell him about the furnace. He didn't ask honestly. I told him he needed to figure out how to do it for the rate quoted, otherwise I would need to hire someone else. He figured out how to put the coil in. Two hours later after going back and forth, he was done...Not without asking me for a lighter an extension cord. Totally unprepared. Anyway, he asked me to turn the system on. It turned on but wasn't cold. I asked how long, he said give it about an hour. I paid him with credit card through PayPal which I thought was kinda weird because it was under his name not "USA Air". Hours later, the A/C still was not cooling. I text him that night, said it wasn't cold. I asked him how many pounds refrigerant he put in (since that was part of the job). He didn't say, he just said he would come back. The next morning, no reply yet. I happened to have the number of the owner. I text him stating all what happened with Bobby and asked if that was his normal operating procedure. He told me not to deal with Bobby and he would come out himself. He and his helper came out within a couple hours. They checked the system and added refrigerant. It seemed Bobby put none in after installing the new coil. During this time Robert, the owner, asked if I could reverse the charge with PayPal and then I could pay him direct and he would give me a discount for the trouble. After the weekend passed, I received a reply from PayPal that they would not refund me. I text Robert as such. After that I didn't hear from him again. For the next few days, the A/C cooled in low stage, but not high stage. The compressor wouldn't turn on in high stage. Being technically inclined and having previous electronics training, I went into the service panel at the outside unit. I saw that there was a wire disconnected from the control board to the low voltage contactor. I also saw that there was something dripping from the service port or valve where the refrigerant goes. I wasn't sure if it was condensation or a leak but I touched it and it felt viscous like oil or some other fluid. I attempted to reach out to Robert via text, told him I was still having issues cooling. He didn't reply until the next day, after a second text stating that I may write a bad review. He said I was unappreciative of him coming out to correct Bobby's mistake. He asked if he needed to come out again. I didn't reply because I'm just completely dissatisfied with 1. Bobby trying run a scam on the side and not giving what I paid for, and 2. Finding more problems after Robert and helper left. After a week, A/C is not cooling properly at all. Bobby and his men worked all day the very next day after I hired them to install a new HVAC system. We are very happy and impressed with his honesty, knowledge and fair price.

Robert did a great job repairing our A/C. However, once he finished the work he informed me that he had run out of invoices and would email one to me when he returned to the office. I called him 3 times to remind him to send my invoice. That was over 2 months ago and still I haven’t received an invoice.
