Robert was very knowledgable, courteous, and fair. His guys showed up on time, everything was completed on time, and US Air's quote was thousands less than other local companies for the same system. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Our AC has never worked better.

This was the absolute BEST experience I ve had with a company. Arrived on time, did all work they said, cleaned up after themselves, was careful of garden areas, and ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN COSTS. Even filled out and filed all paperwork for the CPS rebates. Warranty on the units are great. You will not be disappointed with this company. They go above and beyond to serve.

This is a 5 Star Plus Plus Review. Robert is first and foremost an exceptional human being. There is not one thing that he said during our conversations - that was not absolutely true. Think about that for a few moments ... I got bids from 10 AC companies over the course of 3 weeks to replace the heat pump systems at our house. For the quality and SEER rating of the units - Robert had the fairest price IN ALL of SAN ANTONIO. Robert's bid on two 18.5 SEER BOSCH complete systems (4 ton upstairs; and 2 ton downstairs) was better than Jon Wayne AC's bid to replace just one of our AC units!

Very professional, including all of the workers. Very straight-forward and prompt quote, quick response, left work area clean, quote was accurate with no extra charges. Replaced an entire Trane central air/heat pump system. Will definitely use them again.

Knows his product. Timely. Returned to set up the WiFi on the Honeywell. I will hire him to do my fall and spring tune ups. He did an excellent job installing a complete 5-ton system this time around.

Roberto and his team did a great job on replacing our complete HVAC system when it went out last week. They were quick to turnaround the estimate, and once I decided on USA Air, they were out the next day. On a Saturday. In the San Antonio Texas heat. Their bid was extremely competitive. The guys were in and out of the house and we were back in our comfort zone. I would definitely recommend them.

Wow! I was really impressed and happy with my choice in hiring USA Air. Typically I only have to check out a few companies before making a decision, but heating and a/c prices have sky-rocketed so much, that it was a larger investment than I had figured. I interviewed 11 companies before making my decision. Robert and his crew were very polite, helpful and worked well together. Had lots of questions and Robert answered them all well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. The price and quality was exceptional. I love my upgraded wi-fi thermostat and my new Trane 16 Seer unit. Robert does what he says and helps to get you a CPS rebate and offers a cash discount. That helped tremendously bring the price down. I can t say enough about them.

I got a total of 4 estimates and USA Air not cheapest but also not the most expensive. My biggest factor in choosing USAAir to replace ac/furnace was Robert's straight forward answers and good price for equipment swap out was very fair. I was looking for a company to replace my 8 year old AC system that had been problematic since the start. After talking to several companies and reviewing several quotes, I had no hesitation in selecting USA Air. Robertâ s quote was hands down the best offer, but it was the confidence I had in the information he provided that made this decision extra easy. Robert and his team are awesome. They cared about providing quality service â even when working around a torrential downpour during the installation. The quote, the warranty, the professionalism just canâ t be been. Anyone who will do a service call at 8pm at night is Aces in my book. Air went out all of a sudden..contacted home advisor..recommended to several companies...inquired about USA Air due to all the past reviews. Had a return call in about 2 minutes of submission. Let us know that he had 2 additional service calls (it was already 5pm) but he was still willing to come out no matter the time. Let us know when he was on the way. Arrived and in less than 30 mins had the AC cooling down! As I said, anyone who is willing to do a service call at 8pm at night...you know he cares and will do his best!! Added as a GO TO in my Pros!!

Robert quoted me a price to replace my central air conditioning system and gas furnace that I could not believe my ears! Plus, just talking to him I could tell he was a true professional! No need to look further. He showed up the next day with his crew and installed everything in about 6 hours!!! Before he left, he made sure the entire system functioned properly! It was a hot day so the temp had gotten up to 80s in my house! I waited until the new air cond system brought the temp down to my desired 72 before I wrote this review! Lol!!! My wife and I still can t believe this happened so fast for such a great price!!! The icing on the cake was the 10 year warranty on the air conditioning parts and a mind-blowing 20-year warranty on the gas furnace! And Robert threw in 2 years free labor on any failed parts and one year worth of air filters! Now, who the heck is gonna beat that deal!?

Quick estimate and installed my new unit the next day. They had the best prices In town. Very satisfied with their work and customer service, recommend USA Air to anyone looking for great product, prices and service.
