I hired USA AIR AC after obtaining several estimates from other AC Companies. He was the most reasonably priced and he was a good listener to my concerns. Robert Quiroz is the owner and project manager for the installation of a 4 ton XR-16 AC System. He ensured that the job was properly accomplished. He stood by his word on everything he said he would do. He provided me with a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor. I highly recommend him for any AC work

Robert is one of thenonly HVAC professionals I've used whose ethics stand out before anything else. I the interest of maintaining the customer/vendor relationship: he could have billed me 3times what he did and not many people would object. But Robert didn't choose the "easiest" (aka the most costly) route. He isolated my problem(s) away from a grounded compressor which would have meant a whole new A/C system. Once he tested the ground circuit to the compressor outside his labor and parts quite was exceptionally reasonable and provided the value I needed. Robert did such a good job with his commitment to quality and easy-to-manage dialogue and advice; he will get the job for replacing my a/c unit in the next 6months or so. The cost/value equation is easy with US air: their guarantee in labor, easy to understand pricing model, and upfront decision making are the reasons they will get my business a second time.
