TWO MEN AND A TRUCK North

Description of Work: Since the move was very close (literally right next door) we ended up not needing to use the truck. The men carried over 100 boxes of shoes and several packed boxes filled with clothes, books, etc. as well as several pieces of furniture. Very fast and friendly men. I was not at all uncomfortable having them in my house.

Description of Work: A little slow on responding to call/emails, but seemed professional. We would have used this company, but my husband found another company that was not as expensive. You get what you pay got though. I would use this company next time.

Description of Work: Met us at new apartment to help unload truck and place items in apartment. Everything went very well. They were a little bit late, but so were we in arriving, so it all worked out well.

Description of Work: They got the job done in a timely manner. men were friendly and seemed trustworthy, i didn't worry about my stuff. was about to move my 1000 sq ft apartment to my house in 4 hours. would recommend to anyone who has a big move!!!

Description of Work: We bid out our move and selected 2 Men and a Truck, as their reviews were positive and their price was competitive. We were scheduled to have 4 men and 2 trucks. I received a call from 2 Men 30 minutes before they were scheduled to begin when they informed me that we would have 1 truck and 3 men, they had overscheduled. The three that they sent were professional and got things loaded in good order, that is when the nightmare began. They could not start the truck. It sat in my driveway for hours while they waited for support from their office. Someone finally came out from their office and eventually got it started. The truck made it about 1 mile before it broke down again. There it sat for several more hours before their office came out to fix. When we finally made it to our storage facility, they unloaded the storage items but were instructed to wait for another truck to unload and reload the remaining items to go to our apartment. A manger finally came out and saw what a mess everything was. He dispatched additional people and another truck to supplement. They also called an auto service who came out and found a loose wire that was the culprit all along. With the additional help and truck they successfully finished the move. It ended up taking over double the needed time. We had to cancel multiple appointments and everyone was exhausted at the end of the night! They did apologize and adjust their price. We tipped the 3 men as this was not their fault. The taste of boken promises and poor customer service lingers.

Description of Work: It was actually 5 men and 2 trucks! They arrived on time, did a fantastic job. Shrink wrapped stuff that we never thought to protect and finished in less time than anticipated. Came in $500 under their original estimate. Amazing! We will recommend them to anyone.
