It went OK as far as I know. Did not take technician long to complete the service. The Company gets the job done but it may not be in a timely fashion. I'm not sure about continuing with them as one of my service providers

They did give me a deal for services for an entire year. They told me they were going to call me to let me know when they were going to come out to give me an analysis. Nobody ever called me to let me know, but I then got the invoice paper on the front door. I am glad that they did the work, but I did not like that they did not contact me for when they came out. I even called the manager, but he has not called me back yet.

Service provider came as indicated they would (approx. 1x every 6 weeks) but often without notice. We live in a gated community so I assume they stopped by while treating another house in the neighborhood. I had to call more than once to ask for a follow up treatment since it did not appear that the weed situation was improving significantly, especially the nutsedge. They applied a chemical which they referred to as the and quot;Sedgehammerand quot; which was completely ineffective. I had more success with products purchased at Lowe's that I applied myself. TruGreen is also affiliated with other service providers so unless you specifically request they will put your name on a cold call list so they can sell you other services. When I called to cancel my service I was met with a lot of resistance from the company representative who continually tried to convince me to give them another chance. I felt that I had already done that and finally said that I was done. I am not sure if services with other companies is similar but I would definitely advise folks to stay away from this one for now.

For the first year I was happy with their service. They came out and walked the yard with me when they were trying to sell me the tree and shrub service. They also came out to visit when trying to sell me a top soil treatment for a large part of my yard. For the first year the yard looked GREAT. It had no weeds, it was green until the summer heat started to really impact it and there is nothing a lawn service can do about that. The tree and shrub service never seemed to make much difference, they put lots of chemical on the yard but I saw no real change in the shrubs. Honestly I am not sure I got my monies worth but I didn't discontinue the service since I wasn't sure. I continued to pay for both lawn and tree/shrub service. Pretty much all of 2013 I have had problems with the quality of the service. I started contacting customer support in May trying to get someone to come out and walk the yard with me to look at my concerns. Large dead spots of grass, VERY SERIOUS damage from raccoons and other vermin digging for all I can imagine was grubs. These pest decimated my front and back yard with as many as 300-400 distinct spots where they were digging. I made no less that 10 calls, with about 15 minutes conversation each with customer service reps from all over the US (I was basically shuffled to multiple call centers) and each time they assured me someone from the local office would contact me. Each time they apologized profusely but never did anything. Each call prompted another and quot;visitand quot; from someone with a spray guy putting chemicals on my yard but never once did they contact me from the local office to talk about my concerns. There is a local number, every time you start to complain the and quot;puntand quot; the call to someone else in a call center to deal with complaints. NOBODY from the local officer has every once contacted me to discuss my concerns. On the 10 call+ calls to customer service, each prompted by another voice mail on my phone telling me they were coming to service my yard, I told them I would not pay for any other services. I wasn't billed for about 2-3 months while they continued to spray my yard. Finally in October, I failed to call after they notified me of another and quot;treatmentand quot; and I was billed. That was my final straw. I have paid the bill because I don’t' want it to impact my credit and I have cancelled all services with them. I would not recommend anyone use this service. They simply are NOT responsive and they don't seem to care about their customers. I have spent upwards of $3000 dollars with them over the last 2.5 years...while that is not likely a lot of money to them, my business deserves a phone call from a manager at the local office. I will be looking for a local lawn service that will address my concerns and answer my calls. If it cost a little more, I am good with that.

Very good and offer discount on irritation since we pre paid, explain things to us.

Everything started turning brown after Grounds Control sold the company to Tru Green. I had notices on my door that an application of a weed killer had be put on my lawn and the lawn was also fertilized like 20 minutes later. I don't think the techs are properly trained to identify what the lawn needs and how to treat it. I stuck with this company, thinking it would get better, but my lawn looks worse than some individuals who don't don't use any service at all. I shared this information with TruGreen and they'd send someone out, however there was no change in the appearance of my lawn. I'm done.

I have been using their service for several months and I am not satisfied with the results. I still have a fair amount of weeds in my back yard and the grass in front and back is not as healthy as I would anticipate.

The service has been good. They are very business like. They call and let you know when they are coming and the time they are coming. They always show up on time. When they leave, they leave a notice with everything they have done. They have very quality, nice people that do the work. It is an all-around well run coming.

They offer good service and I would consider their cost to be average.

Their corporate service is horrid. They do not care one bit for residential customers. It's been 2 and a half months before the original date that they were supposed to service and they finally got somebody out. It is absolutely not a good experience with their customer service. I don't know about the products, but the quality of the service is good. They fertilize and they give the brown patch, but that maybe good. As far as the customer service and the organization, they should be reported to Better Business Bureau. They were on time.

In their defense I started using them late in the year but only because when I requested someone come to my house in the Spring to evaluate my yard I never got a response. They kept wanting to look at it from a satellite. Someone finally called me in September and was so nice and apologetic about dropping the ball I decided to give them a chance. My most serious problem was weed and insect control and I wanted the yard to be fertilized on a schedule. I requested a call before the tech came out because I have 3 dogs, but that did not ever happen. I also didn't see the yard looking greener and the weeds were never gotten under control. During this time I also developed brown patch and cinch bugs. I called their main office and requested someone call me to discuss these issues and I went into detail with the person who answered the phone. She promised someone would get back with me in 48 hours. I waited one week and then decided just to call and cancel my service. The person I spoke to was extremely nice and professional and seemed to care. After I did this I did receive a call from management and this person was also nice and professional. Honestly, the techs sent out seemed nice and professional also. I just think they are told to do one thing and they stick to the plan. It would help if there was someone supervising and checking to see if the treatment plan is in fact working or needs to be adjusted and it would help to have someone return calls in a timely manner.

We had some billing issues and that took 2 months to get resolved and they did not call us back to get this resolved. When I did call them back, they stated they did find the check and then said they would reinstate our services. This was in January and they finally came out today to treat. The technician that came out today said we should have had the pre emergent put down at the end of fall and the woman on the phone said because of the type of grass you have we cannot treat every kind of weed. We have an issue now that could have been treated at the end of fall but wasn't since there was a mess up with the billing that took 3 months to rectify. This was not our fault, they lost our check and they found it and the end result is weeds in our front yard.

They ware very good. They are timely and resaonable price. they dio a good job.

What I like about them is that if you have a problem, they will come out again. They will do as much as you request them to do. They leave information on how to care for your lawn and they make recommendations. They maintain good communication. When you call the office they are very responsive.

Tru Green Chem Lawn did a great job with my lawn; however I have decided to discontinue using them because I thought the chemicals were hurting my yard. Luckily, I did not have any grass die. They did show up as expected when I did use their services.

Tru Green Chem Lawn did a good job with our lawn. Our new grass needed some fertilizer and after the application it looks great. It has really filled in beautifully. They were polite and professional to deal with. They charged per application.

THE SERVICES WAS GOOD AND THEY FIXED THE BUG PROBLEM. I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A SERIES OF SERVICES, BUT THEY SEEMED TO DO A GGOD JOB AND FIX THE ISSUES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS NOTIFIED US THAT THEY WERE COMING. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH SERVICES PROVIDED. SERVICE WAS REASONABLE AND PRICED COMPETIVELY WITH OTHERS.

I GO BACK ON FORTH ON MY FEELINGS ABOUT TRUGREEN CHEMLAWN. I THINK THAT THEY TRY TO OVERSELL. THE RESULTS ARE GOOD, I JUST DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH THEIR SALES PEOPLE. I DON'T REALLY TRUST THEM.

WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TOLD US ABOUT THE CONDITION OF OUR LAWN AND HOW HAVING TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF GRASS, THAT THEY HAD DIFFERENT WATER NEEDS.

DETERMINE YOUR LAWN S OVERALL HEALTH. THEY IDENTIFY THE DIFFERENT GRASSES AND SOIL TYPES IN YOUR LAWN AND EVALUATE THEIR CONDITIONS. IDENTIFY ANY WEEDS, INSECTS, OR DISEASES THAT APPEAR TO BE THEY PROVIDED COMMENTS REGARDING THE LAWN/WEEDS AND RECOMMEND WAYS TO CONTROL THEM. INDICATE WHAT GRASS TYPES ARE BEST SUITED TO YOUR AREA. THEN THEY ADVISED ME OF PROPER MOWING AND WATERING TECHNIQUES. THEY EVALUATE THE POTENTIAL OF MY LAWN AND EXPLAINED THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP THE LAWN BE THE GREENEST, THICKEST, HEALTHIEST IT CAN BE.

THE SERVICE WAS OKAY. I THINK I GET BETTER RESULTS DOING IT MYSELF. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET RID OF A FUNGUS IN MY BACK YARD. OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THINK FOR $180.00 I CAN DO BETTER MYSELF.

THE SALES PERSON THAT CAME TO MY DOOR WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE ME AWARE OF SOME OF THE THINGS THAT MY LAWN NEEDED AND QUOTED ME A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE FOR THE WORK THEY WOULD BE DOING.
