Fantastic, would highly recommend them! The owner himself came out and did estimate. Very easy to work with, worked with my schedule and went above and beyond to make this a positive experience (let me drop off couches, helped load, stayed late so I could pick up after work). Very satisfied, couches look and smell great! Very reasonably priced, too :)

It was not necessary to seal countertops at this time. Will call them again in January.

The serviceman was on time and worked quickly. The rooms look good except for some stains he couldn't remove in one bedroom.

Average experience. Only one person. Have used previous companies that moved small furniture and placed the bed on risers and cleaned under the bed. This was not done this time. It seemed to be a good cleaning.

Great job! We have tried other companies and have decided to stay with Topaz (formerly named COIT) We used the 3 room plus hallway Angie's list special and added another room plus stain treatment. They deduct the 600 sq. ft, included with the deal and charge the difference. David was thorough and got the job done in much less time than it would have taken me to do it myself. Carpet looks great!

Jake showed up on time - and had great customer service! He gave great advice regarding other work we needed completed. He told us that some of the projects we wanted completed were not feasible or too costly for the reward ! You have to respect that - so often the vendor is only interested in the bottom line. We were also delighted to find out they provide many other services and sent our oriental carpets to be cleaned as well. We will definitely use this company again and are grateful for the great service

They arrived on time, completely explained the process and finished the work quickly. Although my countertops do not look like new, they do look better. The company representative explained to me upfront that it would not look brand new, so I can not fault them for this. Highly professional and informative. I'd hire them again.

The first technician was prepared only to clean carpet so I had to re-schedule. The second technician did an excellent job, even cleaning the chrome soap dish to a high shine, getting rid of 99% of the corrosion on it. He also cleaned the corner of the tub that a pole shelf left non-slip tread stuck to. I was very satisfied and plan to keep that tile when I renovate the bathroom because I love the 50's tile color.

It went great. They were super flexible when our schedules changed and were right on time. Great quality of service and I would recommend for large granite countertops.

David arrived right on time (actually a little early, but he called first). He was friendly and efficient and did a great job.

David was a true professional by helping me move carpet runners and heavy chairs. He was courteous, detailed, and eager to please. Added, his sense of humor added to his quality of work.

The tech arrived at the agreed time. He asked me for proof that I had paid Angie's List for the work. I told him I didn't have any proof and suggested he call Angie's List. He then proceeded to measure the rooms, record the results and said he needed $70.00 plus and proof of my $99.00 payment to continue. His manner was abrupt and I told him to gather his things and depart the property . One positive- I called Angie's List and they refunded my $99.00 purchase without hesitation.

Coit worked me in fast. Communication was great. Work was accomplished and for the most part looks good. Some spots didn't come out but, I think the technician tried to remove them. My couch while it doesn't look much better...the smell is better. I believe the color beige is too hard to make it look really clean.
