Topaz Cleaning & Restoration

I have used Topaz Cleaning & Restoration in the past for tile cleaning, sealing, and chalking at an investment property. They did an excellent job at this property. Now, they do not have the professional decency to return a phone call in order to schedule for an onsite quote. They did not respond to multiple phone calls and emails, which is quite rude and unprofessional.

Excellent Everything was handled professionally. Appreciated the owner's knowledge and advice. Work was done as agreed with attention to detail. Felt the price was fair and would definitely use them again. Everyone was prompt and courteous.

Topaz (Jacob) did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in three bedrooms & closets, hallway, and stairs. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer.

Great! I needed the carpets cleaned before the weekend, and he came out within 2 days. The carpets were really dirty, and he got them very clean.He was right on time for the appointment and behaved in a very professional manner. Went above and beyond to to help me with problem areas. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called Topaz based on Angie’s List reviews and scheduled them to clean 4 rooms and a hallway. They were very professional and timely. There was a question about some stains along the baseboard which the owner came back and addressed personally. Very impressed with this company and will surely use them again. Great quality at a fair price!

Mr. Ernest Glenn was prompt and helpful in my need for fast and affordable service. He worked with our tight, busy schedule and sent someone out at our convenience. The price was about $120 for two rooms and they look fabulous. I will definitely use again and HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone who needs a professional, fast, affordable, no nonsense, no haggling, no explaining why the price is what it is service. Jake did an excellent job cleaning our couch today. We have had this company clean our large, sectional couch several times. At one time, my granddaughter had fallen asleep on the couch and had an accident which resulted in two urine soaked cushions. We had them do damage control, and when we received the cushions back there were no stains, no smell, and looked as good as new -- much to our relief! They have also done a great job cleaning our carpets in the past.

This is the third time we hire Topaz and we are very pleased with the results. The Director of Operations, Mr Glenn, came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning a one piece drape that measures approx 10'x33'. Wondering what we were going to do to protect our privacy, we were very pleased when he told us the drape could be cleaned on-site. We scheduled the cleaning and the technician, Jacob, very thorough and took great care to clean the delicate embroidering in the drape material. Last year Jacob cleaned the air duct in our laundry room and he brought the same pride of doing a great job with him. Drape looks beautiful again!

Awesome. Our dryer vent runs about 35 feet through multiple 90 degree turns. I had tried to clean it myself but had the brush break off after 25 feet. Called on a Friday and set up an appointment for Monday. He retrieved the broken brush and cleaned out the entire run. Well worth the price, and I will just call him next time.

It went extremely well! We were very pleased. Excellent service. We have a high grade carpet and had a very bad experience with another carpet cleaner one and a half years ago. So we were very cautious about who we selected. We would definitely use Topaz Cleaning again. The carpet dried in a reasonable amount of time. The technician- David - took time on any spots and was very careful about placing pads under the legs of chairs and sofas. We were so glad we chose Topaz!

Excellent! This is the second time we have needed remediation. The first time was due to damage from hurricane Harvey. Topaz did an incredible job with remediation in what appeared to me to be hopeless situation. They have also done ground sealant and coloring for me on two sepArate tile floors. People that see it think we have installed a new tile floor.

We've lived in our house for 11 years now and I've cleaned the dryer vent myself in the past. Our dryer vent is very long and has two 90 degree bends in it before it exits out the roof. I've always thought I had done a pretty good job cleaning the vent with a kit I bought from Home Depot, but I was mistaken. We just purchased a new LG Dryer and after the first load it gave me a code that our vent was 80% blocked. We called Topaz Cleaning and Jake came out right on time - I was glad to hear his name when he arrived as I had already read some pretty good reviews on him. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He took his time and made sure he got every last bit of lint out of the vent - this was evident by the before and after pictures he took. And OMG, the before picture showed the reality of what the LG dryer was warning me about...clearly clogged (side note: this dryer, with the warning code, at the very least saved me from overheating my dryer, and at the most from starting a house fire). And the after picture!!! I could actually see the metal shine! I'm not kidding! What is this magic Jake performs! Seriously - I will be having Jake come out every year to clean out our vent. Full disclosure... we paid $163 for this service, which does not trip the "minimum charges" necessary for the Angies list 25% off deal, but honestly I don't even care. The service I received and the end result attained make me a huge believer in the company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
