Jacob(Jake) arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation and started work. He took before and after pictures and I was astonished on how dirty they were. He cleaned up after like he was never there. He was very organized and professional. I think Jake needs a raise before someone steals him away, he was awesome.

Jacob arrived right on time. Dryer vent had not been cleaned since we moved into our home 8 years ago. Jacob climbed onto the roof, and shortly later, he was done. Dryer vent was filled with lint—he cleared it all. Dryer works much faster now. Will not wait 8 years to have it cleaned again! He was very nice to work with.

We have used this company for over 10 years and reported same on Angies List on a regular basis.. Usually they only do a portion of the house on an annual basis. This time they did the entire house. We called for a mutually convenient appointment and as usual, Jake arrived on time. Jake is thorough and took care with protecting the walls and house. Setup and cleaning took about two and one half hours. They use professional equipment and give extra attention to high traffic areas and any stains. Some furniture was moved and protective foam or plastic was placed under furniture where carpet was cleaned and damp. We moved smaller items prior to their visit.

The job went well, and the technician certainly worked hard. I am just not pleased with the results. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

It went very well. I wish the technician would have used the booties to cover his sneakers to appease me even if he would be cleaning over where he would be stepping; personal peeve of mine. There were spots on certain parts of the carpet that were totally removed. I know they measure the rooms but I would have thought that they would not count the beds in place in the room which effectively cuts out perhaps 1/2 of the sq footage therefore less pass throughs. Just me, but i thought it wouldn't count; perhaps ignorance on how this all works. Nevertheless the quality of the cleaning was very good.

Once we made the initial contact, they were excellent. They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning my furniture.

The technician arrived on time and was courtesy and professional. The carpets cleaned up very well also. No complaints there at all. There were two events which I would have preferred did not occur. First, most carpet cleaners need to use your water supply to drive their machine. I understand that, but I prefer being asked before hooking up but that was not done. Perhaps, this would be an area for future improvement in customer communication. The larger problem occurred at the end of the job. The dirty water from the machine was dumped directly on my driveway which is not acceptable primarily because I recently had the driveway power washed and a previous carpet cleaner did something similar several years ago and left some kind of chemical stain on the driveway that didn't go away until the next power washing which with effort was able to remove most of it. Not all carpet cleaners do this so I will make a point of asking in future. My fault, I didn't in this case. Lesson learned.

David, the technician was great. Courteous and he explained everything he was going to do. I felt the price was high, but went ahead and paid it to get the work done. David was very thorough and professional. I have a serious issue with the main office. Yes my wife gave them the wrong number so I had to ask after 10am why there man was not there at 9am. However, they had no problem responding to me via Angie's List for other thing and easily could have sent a message asking if we were home. If you truly want to confirm an appointment for the next morning this merchant needs to do what most other companies do - call the day before. That works out really well. That explains the punctuality and responsiveness grade. But they seem to do great work and we would consider hiring them in the future - after getting additional estimates.

Our home is 8 years old and the dryer vent had never been cleaned. This is not just a simple thru the wall vent, instead it travels up a 10' high wall before entering the attic followed by two 45 degree bends before exiting the roof. When I called for an appointment I explained this may be a difficult job however Ernest said they could handle it and quoted me a fair price. Jake, the service tech was on time and did a teriffic job. This company is very well equipped and I understand why they have such high ratings! When Jake was finished, he then told me that the actual cost of the job would be LESS than the amount quoted since the job was not as complex as anticipated. When's the last time you experienced that type of honesty? This is the type of small business we all need to support!!!

There was some things that he didn't have the capability of repairing so he let us know that was something he couldn't do. So that we would understand what all he was doing.

It turned out reasonable being it's an older piece of furniture.

David showed up early and did a fantastic job. Our carpet looks new again! We were thrilled at the results!

Carpet was fine. He charged me an ungodly amount to steam Saltillo tile. He charged 1000.00 minus the 127 for carpet. I asked him for an estimate on restoring tile floor and he quoted me 9,000.00. Ridiculous! I have since spoken to a reputable person who only restores tile and he said that was outrageous!
