Very professional technician arrived promptly and looked at the rooms to be cleaned. I had cleared out most small furniture, so he was able to get started right away. He completed the job in about 1-1/2 hours. The carpets looked great!

They were very prompt in scheduling the appointment as well as arriving on time to my home. The carpets were cleaned well and I feel they did a great job.

Coit did an excellent job. The tech they sent to my house to clean the carpets and the vent was friendly, very knowledgeable and clearly loved his job. I'd use them again.

I wasn't there but my wife was there. We have had a similar service done before and I am not sure their quality was as good as the one I had seen before-it wasn't terrible, it was kind of an average experience.

It was okay. It wasn’t all that great. I got done what I wanted done. The guy that came out was a little bit lazy. He said that they would move some of the pieces of furniture that were not so heavy. He wasn’t proactive about it. I told him don’t worry because I knew he wasn’t going to be able to move things. I really didn’t expect him to move like the bigger things I think the office said that they would move light stuff but he wasn’t willing to do that. He mounted things like he mounted the nightstands with pieces of Styrofoam so that the legs of my nightstands wouldn’t get wet. I appreciated him doing that. They got back to me quickly to schedule the job. I got it done when I wanted it done.

They did a good job but were a little pricey.

I first wrote about Coit in June 2006 and was pleasantly surprised to find their continuing great reputation with Angie's List members. I have updated our experience on two other occasions. Since 2006 Coit has cleaned our carpets on an annual basis. As usual, we made the appointment early to meet our schedule and we requested Jake, the son of the owner, as he has always been the one to visit our house. They do an excellent job. With set-up, take down, and cleaning it's a three hour or more process and hard work. They are careful in the house and moved some furniture as requested. They are friendly and courteous. They have the full equipment for the job. We thank Angie's List for leading us to this company and highly recommend Coit of San Antonio.

They were prompt, professional, and did a good job. The carpet dried overnight. I gave them 'B' because I don't think they pre-treated the pet stains so those stains did came back.

Went well. He showed up on time and was very friendly and worked quickly. He explained what he was doing and why. He didn't actually find much lint in our vents but I was glad he told us our system worked well.

The service professional was very knowledgeable and gave tips on getting urine out of the carpet. He go cleaned the stairs as well as a hall and two bedrooms and did a great job. It did take longer than expected to dry. I gave the Christmas cleaning to my brother who is in a wheelchair and he really was pleased.

They were wonderful to work with. They showed up right on time and completed the work within the designated time they had originally stated. The difference in the carpets was amazing.

Simply told me what services were available, the benefits of the services, and the cost of services. He did a great job with my carpets and I will definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to all my friends and family.

Tough to schedule, impolite on the phone, did an average job cleaning- our carpet cleaning machine does a better job.

I'm on my way to Home Depot. I wasn't charged for the 30 mile drive north or for Ernest's time.

Paul came over and did an amazing job. It was literally like a 9 or 10 hour job, and the floors and furniture were unbelievable. I guess i sorta forgot just how bright and beautiful those floors were under all that gross-ness! One thing I really appreciated was their flexibility. Like a huge dummy, i left my phone at my desk during a meeting, and Paul had tried to call me to tell me that he'd arrived to do the job. I didn't get back to him until like 40 minutes later, and he'd already left. I apologized, and he turned right around and started the job, albeit 1.5hrs late due to my forgetfulness. But he had a great attitude, and was happy to help out. Very professional, and very thorough -- Highly recommended!
