Jacob arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation and started work. He explained the entire cleaning process and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He placed barriers between the equipment and property to protect furniture and walls. He shared some energy saving tips that I can perform on my own. He was very organized and placed items that had to be moved back into place where they were found. AWESOME!!

It went well. Grout much better/cleaner. We were a bit surprised about the cost for cleaning & sealing the grout - not by company's price, but the generally accepted price. But, considering that we are unable and unknowledegable about the correct process, we're glad we had the job done and plan on Coit cleaning the carpet. The owner also advised us to quit using Fabuloso, which is the wrong pH, and makes the grout/floor sticky and switch to Zep Neutral floor cleaner. He provided the method, formula and where (Home Depot) to buy the Zep and flat mop to apply it with.

The special price I purchased included wand cleaning as opposed to a more deep cleaning machine and considering that my carpets needed deep cleaning, I paid extra to get deep cleaning. It was very much worth it as they came out very clean considering how dirty the carpet was. The special included 3 rooms and I only had 2 that needed to be cleaned so I asked for the stairs to be used as the 3rd room but the stairs could not be substituted for the 3rd room. I agreed to the additional price for the stairs ($60). I scheduled the service for approximately one month after contacting them but the service was delayed two days because they somehow did not put me on the schedule. Obviously, this was inconvenient as I had moved furniture from the two rooms; in response the company did not charge me for cleaning the stairs. The additional cost for using the deep cleaning machine was approximately $100.00. I do not remember if the original deal I bought was specific as to the type of cleaning (wand vs deep cleaning machine) but it would have been nice knowing more about the specific type of cleaning I was purchasing upfront so I would have known it would end up costing me more. After learning that there are multiple types of cleaning, I will call to find out more about a deal prior to purchasing. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job they did.

They showed up on time and the worked hard the entire time. No complaints about the crew. The issues developed once everything was drying. At the end of the day, we could see these obvious streaks in the carpet that were not there before the cleaning. We thought it was just the way it was drying but we waited a few days, the cleaning crew vacuumed it a couple of times but the streaks were still visible. I talked to the COIT manager on the phone and he asked to take some pictures and email them to him. At that time i asked that the crew simply come back and re-do the work they had done. I was not pleased with their services. I took a few pictures and emailed it to the COIT offices. They replied back and said that it was the carpet and not something they did. If i wanted to have the carpets cleaned again, it would be an additional costs to me. They claimed the streaks were not caused by their cleaning process. He COMPLETELY denied any responsibility of the issue. I disagreed with his conclusion. So to prove him incorrect, i called ChemDry (the folks my mom has used for years). They cleaned the carpet again for us. ( was out another $396.95 to clean the carpet that COIT just cleaned recently). GUESS WHAT - the carpet looks great.....NO STREAKS. the sad part is that the $396 was only a partial test for the house. I need to have them come out again and take care of the rest COIT's mess. I will probably be out another $400 for the rest of the house. I don't have a lot of time to research companies and write reviews but this time around, it seems like angies list and COIT let me down. I am one UNHAPPY client. beware of COIT....they did not own up to their mess and they did not offer to make it right - VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

They were great. They cleaned our carpet the way we expected them to. They did a great job.

Technician arrived on time, phoned me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very knowledgable about the services. Explained the process and made sure I did not have any questions. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Coit arrived on time and was in and out within 45 minutes. The representative was polite and professional.

These folks were great - the schedule coordinator was easy to work with, and they were able to smoothly coordinate the service with my schedule. The service technician (Jason) was excellent - he gave a timely "on the way" call, he got right down to work, he clearly explained the costs, and he quickly and thoroughly cleaned the whole house. In short, everyone I dealt with was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Cleaned a very soiled carpet in bedroom and bathroom, gave advice on whether the carpet was worth stretching or replacing, then moved and cleaned a large area rug. Was prompt, professional and I would use the company again if I could have the same gentleman.

The overall service was very good. We got off to a bit of a rough start because the COIT truck could not fit in the garage of the condo and parking outside the garage would block the driveway. The service provider, Jason, tried to secure a smaller truck but realized that it would not fit either. Also, the recently replaced garage door had one "wheel" that had come off the track and Jason fixed that. Jason remained calm and professional as we worked our way through the various hurdles. I often dread having services, like this, performed because the provider "hits" you with additional costs or can't do this or won't do that and I feel like I'm in a war. This experience was pleasant, and after all was done Jason had done some extra things and there was no additional charge. Thank you Jason and COIT.

Excellent service and quality

Not well. I bought a coupon to have the tile grout cleaned. I paid extra to have the caulk between tile and tub removed and replaced. When I got home and inspected the work, I discovered that much of the grout was missing that was not missing before. Also, the wooden stairs had several chipped places where their hoses had been dragged upstairs without care of my wooden stairs. When I called to complain that I now had missing grout, the person on the phone stated that I would have to pay to have the grout replaced. She said that grout sometimes goes missing when cleaned if the grout is old. I stated that if so, I should have been informed. My grout was not that dirty except for a few spots where hair color had discolored it. I was mainly interested in the caulk replacement (which I paid extra for). So I then asked to talk to a supervisor She put me on hold and came back to the phone saying they would replace the grout at no cost. Even if the grout issue had not happened, I am unhappy with the cleaning job. There are still several spots that were not cleaned, and of course I still have chipped places on my wood stairs.

I used a Big Deal and paid for the additional square footage to clean the rooms listed above. The carpet buckled/stretched badly in the Master bedroom, living room, and dining room. I followed their instructions and left on room fans and ran the AC system with the fan on at 70 deg F. It took a week for the carpeting to dry and it did not shrink back to it's original size - some buckling remained (about 10%). To be fair, it was humid during this period of time. It took an additional week and 2 appointments for the get the problem resolved. No warning was given concerning the potential problem of buckling/stretching or concerning the time it would take to address. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of cleaning but disappointed with the time it took to resolve the problem.

It went fine. My dad took care of it. I wasn’t there but I guess only one person came to do the work. The carpets looked really good.

Prompt, courteous and thorough! Removed mud, coffee, chocolate milk and cinnamon powder stains from off-white carpet!!! Very pleased with the results.

Great. On time and friendly. My dryer was much happier too.

Jake arrived punctually. He was polite and professional. He gave special attention to a coffee spill problem, and applied a protective solution to the carpet he worked on. He explained the benefit, and did not attempt to force a sale. Jake was easy to work with. We would request Jake when additional work might be needed.

Co. Used a trainee. He did not even suggest the steam clean and his work on caulking was substandard. They never called me to come back and make it good.

The installer arrived and time and was very professional. The installer explained what they were going to do before they started work. After finishing the job the installer explained what they did to complete the job. I was satisfied with the work performed and would buy buy package again.

It went very well. The quality of the work looks great. The additional cost for the extra work around the vanity/sinks and the base of the tub was very reasonable. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the service provider. He left the work area spotless.

I do not regret using COIT to steam clean my carpets, but I do believe their service is over-rated. Service did not include raking the carpet; raking is included in the service with Steamer?s Pricing is definitely high; could probably get the same service level for a lower price at Steamer?s or Heaven?s Best Technician was good about answering questions about the cleaning process.

It was great. We have used them three or four time so we know they were good. It is fun.

I did not use the carpet cleaning service because his estimate was over $199 more than Stanley Steemer's.
