It was a great experience working with this company. The gentleman they sent out was so professional. He was careful with my walls and carpet. I am so impressed with the level of service that I plan to use them again in the future. Thank you!

We purchased the 50% off deal for $115.00 for three room. Well that sounds great until they come and measure the rooms and then tell you that they need to charge you extra for the square footage over the amount allowed on the special deal. This deal was an extra $241.61 + Angie's list deal $115.00 = Total Cost $356.61 The whole house is about 2000 square feet, including the dining room, kitchen and another bedroom that was not cleaned. I have never paid this much to have an entire house cleaned not to mention three rooms. To be fair the job was done well and the person that came out was very friendly. I just can not see ever using this company again due to the price.

The technician was prompt, professional, provided an estimate and requested approval prior to beginning service. No giant sales pitch, just honesty, which was appreciated. The carpets and area rug look brand new and have continued to look brand new.

Excellent... arrived a little earlier than scheduled (which was great), got to work and did a great job.

The crew was prompt, professional, and friendly. They took the measurements and wrote up a quote. Once I agreed, the work was done quickly and the quality was very good. The only bit that annoyed me was that crew trying to upsell me on other services while they were there.

It went pretty good. It wasn't bad. It was kind of an upsell for them. It was $100 on Angie's List. The guy came in and told me that it was just a cleaning and there was nothing included like shampoo. I ended up paying another $80. They were pretty responsive.

Appointment was scheduled for 3 days after my initial call to Coit Cleaning & Restoration, to clean out my dryer vent. Our dryer was not getting clothes dry, but seemed to be way too hot in all cycles, and I was informed that this is characteristic of a clogged vent, somewhere between the back of the dryer and the roof vent. (Over 16 feet of vent pipe.) Jake called on the day of service to inform me that he was in our area 2 hours early, and offered to come sooner than my appointed time. I agreed. Jake was polite and professional, and wasted no time getting to work. He used a long hose and strong vacuum system, attached to his truck, to suction out the lint that was trapped in the vent system. At the same time, he climbed up on our roof and used a long brush to clean downwards from the roof vent, all the way to the vent behind the dryer. He showed me that a lot of lint came out of our vent system, so I trust that the dryer will work more efficiently now. I know that other companies clean dryer vents by blowing the material up and out the roof vent, scattering lint and debris all over the roof and out onto the yard, making a mess, which is difficult to clean. I'm glad that we called Coit Cleaning & Restoration, as the brushing downward from the roof and vacuuming from behind the dryer was extremely clean. No lint escaped. I'm extremely pleased, and will used Coit Cleaning & Restoration again in the future.

I don't know. Angie's list keeps asking me for this review, but I never used COIT.

The worker showed up on time and was very polite. He kept the laundry room door shut to keep the fluff from invading my house. My vent is complex and goes up through the attic. He was prepared and took care of the job.

They were on time and job was well done.

The technician came out and assessed the job. The two throw rugs were simple and quick. The tech was concerned about getting the larger area rug clean and would have preferred to take it to the shop. I was under a time constraint and begged him to give it a try. We have two dogs, and it just needed a good steaming before company arrived. It cleaned up amazingly well - we were both surprised! The bedroom carpet cleaned up without a problem. I was only charged the minimum fee and would happily used Coit again.

Very professional. Cleaned vent with suction hose at dryer and then went on roof and used a brush to clean down the vent pipe. When complete he turned on dryer to insure not over heating. Would definitely use in the future.

Our appointment was at 9 am but appreciated they had an earlier opening that day to take advantage of instead. The carpets looked fantastic. David was courteous and professional. It took about 45 minutes to complete.

Jason called to let me know he was on the way and gave me an approximate time of arrival. This work was rescheduled by one day because of a problem with one of Coit's trucks. This was not a problem for me as I was made aware of the situation in plenty of time. Jason looked over the kitchen floor and said he thought the floor's shine would improve by at least 75-85 percent. By the time he was finished, the flooring looked new. I had mentioned that the tile was cleaned by another company the previous year and was not happy with the results. He promised to make me happy and indeed he did. He was most polite when I requested a little more scrubbing at certain areas and he even pointed out areas he thought needed "another hit". I will call Coit the next time and ask for Jason. Hopefully he will always be their employee. I ask about air duct cleaning and received an estimate. We will probably call and schedule that work in a few weeks.

Coit was very communicative regarding reminders and expected time of arrival. He was professional and explained what he would do and what I needed to do to ensure a good seal after he completed the re-sealing of the granite. I was working from home and he was very quiet which was also helpful. Would use them again for sealing of granite. Thanks!

I think it was overpriced. They did a good job but I wasn't expecting to pay that much. They said because I have a glaze on my tile, it would cost more because it would gum up their machine. I had a seal on it. They're too expensive. I would go with someone cheaper.

The provider was friendly and professional. The carpet looks great. I am planning to use this provider again in the future.

Could not be happier. Everyone involved was professional and polite. We agreed on a date and I received a confirmation email. The workers showed up on time, moved the furniture around, cleaned the carpet and put the furniture back. They were friendly and polite; how refreshing! I will definitely recommend and use Coit again!

Absolutely the best carpet/upholstery cleaners I have ever used! I will not use anyone but Coit going forward. The serviceman was terrific and knowledgeable and thorough. I don't know where this company has been but they should be everyone's first choice to call for carpets. Couldn't be happier with their service.

The service was great. Extremely friendly. Came in, got the cleaning done, and was out with no hassle. He also took the time to explain the treatments.

The work was professionally done. The carpet showed traffic ware before the cleaning, and still shows signs of ware. The technician offered to use "the big guns" machine to try to get rid of the obvious ware, but for an additional cost. He used the additional machine on a small section of the worn area, and there wasn't any difference. He told me the second machine wasn't going to be worth the expense and I wasn't charged. I'll use these people again.
