COIT advertised a 40% OFF Whole House Carpet Cleaning & 1 Room of Stain Protection for $294.00. We had previously had our entire main floor cleaned by another vendor for $100~, which is at least 1,000 sq. ft., so we were expecting some seriously top notch carpet cleaning to take place for 3X the expense. Unfortunately, COIT believes that we all live in houses the size of single bedroom apartments, because they showed up, and said that the $294.00 price for Whole House Carpet Cleaning was for only 1200 sq. ft. Anything above that would be an extra cost. We don't live in an exceptionally large house at all though. 2350 sq. ft total, and probably only 1500-1600 sq. ft. of that is carpeted, so we were shocked that the technician would be asking for even more money. He also told us that he does not clean stairs. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel the appointment altogether that the technician said he would clean the entire carpet for the $294.00 price, but definitely not the stairs, and he would not be doing the Stain Protection. If we hadn't needed to get it done that day, since we had family coming to visit for my son's baptism, then I would have still canceled the service, but I agreed to the technician's conditions, since we were in a time crunch. Two weeks later, you can literally see the marks where the carpet machine was used, and that's even after vacuuming. Not exaggerating, but we have a cheap home carpet steam cleaner that my mother-in-law gave us, which we use from time to time to keep the carpet looking decent, and I would rate the performance of our home steam cleaner to be better than what we received from COIT. Suffice to say, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a home improvement/maintenance company, and I simply can not recommend COIT to anyone interested in getting their carpet cleaned, especially for any sort of reasonable expense.

The technician who came to our house was very helpful in finding the root cause of our venting issues. Very pleased that he was able to pinpoint what was wrong and fixed it.

Exceptional. David had some time and called me and showed up early. He was right on time, friendly, professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He was respectful and fair. The customer service was outstanding and friendly. Work was well done.

They were prompt and did the job well. My dryer was noticeably more efficient and I was very happy.

David Cochet was the technician and did a marvelous job. He moved most of the furniture (everything except a sofa bed) and treated stains. This was not just a quick in/quick out service, David was here 2+ hours and was meticulous in making sure every reachable part of the carpet was done. He even helped my wife catch our freaked-out cat. Coit honored the price they quoted and even did more. We're very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and quality we received. We'll use Coit again and recommend them to our neighbors.

This was a big deal purchase. I did not use those people. It was very funny because those people came to my house and would not work on my floor because it was marble. I did not like the guy. They are useless. I think there were two people that were sent out. They did not do the work. They came on time; their responsiveness was good.

Easy to schedule. Arrived late but called to inform me of delay. Discounted cost of very large sofa which I appreciated. Spent more time of the sofa than I expected and less time on main living area carpet, but overall the carpet looked much better after the cleaning. We had a large area for cleaning so I asked for a large truck to accelerate drying process, but another technician called in sick that day.

He was on time did the whole job in about 1/2 hour.

I purchased a big deal. They responded quickly and were punctual. Work was professionally done. I was so pleased that I ended up hiring them to repair and clean a small oriental rug. I have not gotten that back yet, so I can't comment of the quality of the detailed work. I ended up NOT repairing the corners if my rug as it was too expensive. However, the rug was cleaned beautifully and returned quickly to my work!

He fixed our dryer house because it was to long, and fixed it to where it worked more efficiently. Also advised that the dryer vent on top of the roof was not working properly. We have a problem with the cap, it was not properly installed, and the technician corrected that.

After purchasing the Big Deal, Coit arrived right on schedule 4 days later to clean my carpets. Before beginning, the technician walked through the house with me while I explained what to clean and what furniture would be moved and what did not need to be moved. He also explained how he would work, what equipment he would be using, how we would protect the floors, how long it would take to clean the carpet and how long it would take to dry. Very thorough. I was very impressed that one person could do the work he did. Moving the furniture and putting foam/plastic furniture guards under all the corners was impressive and certainly made a difference in protecting the carpet while it was wet. The carpet needed a good cleaning, but did not have any visible stains. However, there were busy traffic areas that now look really, really good. It took longer than I expected to dry, but well worth the wait!

It went well. They did my carpet and they did my tile. The carpet was good, I wasn't happy with the tile. I would use them again for carpet but not for the tile.

Everything went well. David arrived on time, measured the rooms and after some discussion I decided to do more than what I purchased the coupon for. Once we established exactly what I wanted done and went over the price David got to work promptly. Once he was finished he had me go over each room to make sure I was satisfied. The job he did was fantastic. The carpets have never looked this good before. Once he was ready to go he thanked me for choosing COIT and wished me a blessed Thanksgiving with family. This was definitely a great experience with a company and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know who islooking for a reputable company. Thanks again David for a great job!!!!!!.

All rooms except one were cleaned well.

The technician was both courteous and knowledgeable of his profession. Took care of Owner's property and cleaned up after himself. Good Job!

They did a good job. They charged extra for additional square feet, but I did not see that in the ad. I that found out when the guy came out to do the cleaning.

They sent out a technician and he wasn't familiar with vertical drier vents since most are horizontal. He cleaned the vent from below from the back of the drier which meant he was pushing the cleaning brush up and down the vent. When he finished he ran the drier for a few seconds and it blew lint out of the vent so it appeared that it was working. When we put a load in to dry evidently there had been lots of lint that was loosened but not removed because the vent tube was completely clogged and the drier wouldn't even run. I pulled the vent off the back of the drier and removed a whole a 2 gallon bucket full of lint. Once I removed the lint that had fallen to the bottom it worked great.

They showed up on time. They did a good job of cleaning the tile . Just like most tile companies this $200.00 on Angie's list is a teaser come on rate to get in the house and charge more. I'll just be more cautious next time and get all the detail Before I by the coupon.

The Coit employee who arrived at my house was pleasant and very punctual. He moved some of the furniture but I told him some could stay where it was. He went right to work. The job didn't take much time. Afterward little blocks were put under the furniture legs to keep them sitting on wet carpet until it was dry. It dried overnight. The carpet wasn't as clean in high traffic areas as I would have liked, but the rest was very nice.
