Description of Work: They did a carpet shampoo. We had the worst experience. I would never recommend them. We were really unhappy with the service. They charged me over $300.00. The guy let us know we needed to give the carpet time to dry. We had to have another company come back out because once it dried you could still see stains. He didn’t even want to come back. I ended up having to pay for the service twice with another company.

Description of Work: The company & their service man extended excellent communication. After a rain storm the service man came out to inspect the ability to get on the roof so that he could clean out the dryer vent from floor to roof. Execellent job of maintaining clean air inside the house while the procedure was carried out. Again I must comment on the excellent communication line and not to ignore their professionalism.

Description of Work: Inspected the dryer outlet hose. Noticed immediately a blockage. After examining the dryer roof vent work was done to unclog the vent. Every step of this process was explained to me. After completion I was shown the results of the clog. I had a 100 percent blockage. A dryer air duct cleaning has never been performed in our home. I strongly recommend to everyone to have this service performed. The clog was so extensive that it was a potential fire threat to our home as well as an increased electric bill. The company representatives were very professional and I would recommend this company to everyone.
