Description of Work: The men were able to come a bit earlier than expected,and they wasted no time.One man cleaned the dryer vents inside, and the other one climbed the roof, and he did that clean-out. They were polite,and they did a very thorough job, The dryer dries faster than we first moved in! Their names were Rod and Jake, and they were a great team.

Description of Work: I first wrote about Coit in June 2006 as one of my 1st three Angies List reviews after a neighbor's recommendation. I again wrote in 2009. On this visit Coit cleaned the carpets in one bedroom, a living area, an office, two baths and a heavy traffic area. Jake (son of the owners) has always come to our home). We scheduled the appointment about two weeks in advance. They arrive on time and work hard. We had no areas needing special attention this year and Jake paid special attention to the traffic areas. With setup and repacking, he was here about two hours. All went well as usual. Some chairs were moved. Attention was paid to protecting the walls from the hoses. I think eight years of consistant performance is worthy of another review. I was suprised to see the Angie's List large quantity of reviews for Coit, but not by the A ratings.

Description of Work: I paid previously using an Angie's Coupon. I was so impressed with the work and professionalism I hired the company to return and clean my sofa. The job was excellent. The charge for the sofa cleaning was $181.65-he spent quite some time with the cleaning as it was quite soiled and it looked terrific afterward. Will continue to us this company.
