Description of Work: Earnest Glenn was prompt and very professional. The carpet looked great. He did miss a grease spot in the office that was quite obvious because it was black. I chose to clean the spot myself rather than call him back. I definitely will call Earnest again when our carpet needs cleaning.

Description of Work: The deal was for 3 rooms but I didn't need 3 rooms cleaned. Instead they cleaned the living room carpet and a large rug. They did a great job! The person that came out was very nice and informative. He made sure I was happy before he left. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned floors and grout and sealed the grout. Everything went great. The technician was on time and was able to complete the work in the time Coit had allocated for the work. We are very satisfied with the work and would use them again when specials are offered. Their regular price is too high, in my view. over all very satisfied with the work and satisfied with the price that we got with the Angie's List special.

Description of Work: They thoroughly cleaned a floor in a medium size kitchen and large laundry. Finally the travertine is clean after 5 years of effort on my part. I would recommend this service for travertine like mine that has a buildup of products over the years. I gave it the white glove test and it passed. I don't know how to judge what a fair price would be, but I'm pleased. Be prepared to pay extra for this Deal as it covers a very moderate area.
