Overall it went Great. I highly recommend the company and if you can pick your technician I recommend Jake Coit. Pros of service: Although Jake Coit (the Service Technician) arrived 10 minutes late he was extremely professional, polite, didn't try to upsell me, took the time to explain what he saw, what he was going to do and even took the time to answer my questions before he even began. After he completed cleaning the shower but before he went on he asked me if I wanted to see how the shower looked thus far. I saw it and was impressed. He answered more questions I had and then went back to work. When he finally completed all the work he brought me over to see the completed product. He did not try to rush me through the entire process. He was patient as he answered my questions and even at the end when I pointed something out that I wanted he to touch up he did not say anything negative or displayed/gestured in a negative manner. He did it and asked me if it met my approval. I highly recommend the company but more so because of Jake's excellent customer service. Cons: 1. After I purchased the product through Angie's list I had to contact the company after wait a few days for them to send me something or call me to solidify the date/time for the work. 2. Although I rated the punctuality as a B it was only 10 minutes but unfortunately I couldn't given an A because he was late after all. Again, I highly recommend the company and the technician.

Providers were on time and easy to work with. They cleaned 3 large rooms quickly and expertly.

Found thru Angielist and made an appt for estimate on the Coit website for my area. Received an email from Coit with appt. time. I called the day of to find out when they would come to my home and had to leave a voice message. No one called back. I called again an hour later and again was transferred to voicemail. Called a 3rd time and finally had an answer. I was told that they had no appt. listed and there was a problem with their site. Said the email must have come from the corporate office and they had nothing to do with that. All conversation lacking the "customer is a priority". Called the 1800 for coit and it was transferred to California. California wanted to transfer me back to San Antonio.

I had them out here several times. The first time they did a superb job. They were okay.

Although we went with another company, I would recommend if you are obtaining estimates, you must include this company.

David and his 'apprentice' Christian arrived shortly after the appointed time. I used an A.L coupon that included cleaning and deodorizing, nevertheless when the crew started they "offered" me the deodorizing as an extra, and charged me $63 as add-on, which I found outrageous, because all they did was use a different solution. After they left I pulled up the coupon copy again and noticed that the deodorizing was actually part of the coupon. I called the office and they did refund me the extra charge without problems. Probably an honest mistake by the crew, but a hassle, and the crew should know about or read the coupon conditions. As for the deodorizing, I wish I had declined it in the first place because the smell was overpowering and unpleasant for me and my family. It still lingers in the house and furniture, and that after two days of airing out the house and using an air-purifier. So don't get the deodorizing unless you really need it. As for the on-site service: To protect the floors and avoid having the liquid spill on the floors, the crew opted to carry the furniture onto my porch and clean them there. While I had no problem with that in principle, they still tracked dirt back into the house and left 'wet shoe' prints all over. After they left I had to do a good thorough cleaning. I wonder how they handle this in other homes? And would have expected either some protection on the shoes or for the floors. - After the cleaning David told me it should take about 4 hours for the furniture to dry. It took over 24 hours, again with open windows and lots of fans. As for the results: The furniture did not come completely clean, which I expected as it was overdue a cleaning. Once finally dry there were places on some of the cushions that had water stain marks. It looked like someone had tried to clean the dirt but hadn't finished. Upon closer inspection of the cushions, I noticed green/black gunk on the piping of two of the cushions which I was able to scrape off with my finger nail. Yuck! I'm guessing some of the dirt/solution gathered there because none of the cushions were originally that dirty anywhere. Overall the employees were polite but the results were poor, and it took too much effort to have to clean after them and correct the billing mistake. Using Angie's List Deals has not worked out well for me...It is like the businesses feel I should be grateful for such a good deal and don't seem to give it their best. And scheduling is often problematic.

I give them thumbs up. It was maybe within a week. That was a little, just a tad over the market price so I give them a B for that. I'd use them again.

.See above. Crew member was very clean and respectful. He ensured I was satisfied with the cleaning of all areas. The stairs ended up being saturated for several hours after the service was completed. We didn't have and only two areas to clean which made it very easy for Coit to clean the carpet. Finished in 1 hour and 15 minutes

The Coit technician went above and beyond to inspect and clean my dryer vents. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely hire them again.

We purchased the $115.00 deal for cleaning 3 rooms plus hallway (up to 600 sq. feet) at 50% off the regular price. The three rooms plus hallway were over the 600 sq. ft. and we added another room plus the stain protector at full price for an additional $306. The price is higher than other offers, however, we have tried other companies and COIT's quality exceeds the others and we don't have to get the carpets cleaned as often. David arrived on time and did an excellent job. This is the 3rd time we have used COIT and we plan to hire them again in the future.

Coit was wonderful and I would recommend their services. They took all the time necessary to get the job done. They had to add $189 to the cost because we have two AC units and more vents than the coupon allows.

The came cleaned out the vent and left. No charge. We were impressed.

This service was set up by an office representative who did an outstanding job in explaining the service provided. Before starting the job, the Service Rep did an assessment of the job. Then professionally went about the task of cleaning the Dryer Vent. As each phase of the job was done, there was an explanation of what was being done. In the end, the Service Rep check to see that the problem was solved. The problem was solved. Additionally, the Service Representative reported to my home in a timely manner and work was also done in a timely fashion. Price was appropriate for the job done. I will call this company again in the future. The company also accepted the Angie's List Coupon which reduced the overall price to $124.49, including tax..

First please know that I cleaned carpets with truck mount units in the late 70's and all of the 80's. I have a fair amount of experience with the job. The technician was not as thorough as I would have been or liked him to be. His work was what my grandmother used to call "A lick and a promise." The carpets were filthy and while he c leaned them somewhat he needed to spend more time on each area methodically overlapping what he had just done. He did not do that. It would have taken one of my crews 2 1/2 hours to do those rooms just because I did not want to get a "review": like this one or have to go back. The technician spent too little time on the job. In short I do not believe I received a conscientious or thorough job.

He was absolutely outstanding! Outstanding knowledge, friendly and fully understood the meaning of customer service! Will definitely use this company again!
