Description of Work: The tech was punctual and polite. He came to diagnosis the problems I was having with my A/C unit. I was told ahead of time the service fee would be $85. The tech proceeded to inspect my unit and determined that there was a leak but in order for him to search further to locate the leak the cost would be $185 (I declined). He then told us the leak is probably in the units coil and the cost would run upward to $2500 to replace the coil. He then stated he does jobs on the side and he could fix the problem for $1500. That is when we showed him the door. We hired another company and they found and the fixed the minor problem for less then $120.

Description of Work: Craig came to the house to assess our needs and give us an estimate for A/C replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us written material and pricing (including possible rebates and discounts) on our top 3 choices and helped us narrow it down to our favorite. We were impressed by his professionalism and after checking Angie's List and comparing prices, decided to contract Tiger. The installation took one day to complete and the two installers were equally professional, competent, and easy to work with. John even helped us calm down our new frightened kitten. They explained the work and how to operate the new system and took care not to make a mess in the house.
