The technician came on a Saturday approximately 1 hour after my call, which was great. He was very polite, waited to make sure all was going fine. He was reasonably priced for the work done. I was very pleased! This is a very customer oriented company!

Very punctual. They call before they come. Work was performed in a highly professional and competent manner. Price for service contract is reasonable.

We called on a Sunday morning the technician was there in less than an hour. The part was ordered, received, and installed by 4pm on Monday. The technician, John Clements represented exactly what I have come to expect from Tiger. They are always very polite and willing to tell you whatever you want to know about the possibilities and options. The salesman, Craig, we bought our unit from helped us make a good choice. So much so that my mother called and asked for him after a competitor quoted her twice what she ended up paying for a new unit from Tiger. Another technician who has worked with us, Jim Tracey, has given me a brief primer on air-conditioning which helped me understand and make better choices when the time came to spend nearly $7000 on a new unit. The Service manager, George, is thoughtful, thorough, and very nice. With now some considerable hours and dollars invested in Tiger, and having used several other companies, I can't imagine calling anyone else!

I called on Sunday to get information and possibly schedule a visit. Did not feel that the service person Robert was at all helpful, or concerned with my A/C not heating well on a 100 degree afternoon. He appeared more interested in making sure I knew he would charge me more today than for tomorrow. AND, knew nothing about the internet coupon, or WHAT it would cover. Not happy with the experience. Will look elsewhere.

Arrived on time and traveled from one property to the next as I could only be at one property at a time. Very professional, very clean, very knowledgeable, very confident. Did not need to contact anyone for assistance, had all the parts needed on the truck. Provided clear options, costs and recommendations. With the annual service contract received priority service and discounts. Responded to late night weekend emergency service with in the hour and performed the repair with in the hour. Exceptional. Keep the unit clean, clear and free of ants between service goes a long way to optimal performance. The office is also very professional regarding telephone calls reminders and billing.

Tiger Services Air Conditioning communicates well with us about our heating and cooling systems. We just love the owner. He is very friendly to us. We can call any time, day or night, which is very comforting. They are just awesome.

I suddenly had a heart attack and needed open heart surgery, so I didnt meet them, so my husband took care of that. However, they did a good job and weve had no problems since. Were happy with the result.

Air Alamo/Tiger Service were very nice while they were here. They answered all of our questions. They checked to make sure everything was working properly after installation. Their price was very good. They were lower than the other quotes that I got.
