I appreciate their promptness. On this particular visit, they were assisting another homeowner. They contacted me to let me know of their arrival time. I have used them for 7 years. They are very thorough and reliable. They have very low turnover with their office staff and technicians. They have a quality business.

I chose this company because of the information posted on Angie's List. They also have a coupon on the site that they did honor for me. I thought that the technician did an excellent job. He was very quick, but thorough.

They were very prompt. They serviced my air conditioner the same day I called. The problem is fixed and my air is working great.

They are good and have a good response.

The responsiveness and patience of the company was great. I had many questions and he spent an hour answering questions and showing me things.

Technician was very friendly and courteous. She explained the work she was doing and performed the requested maintenance, without pushing additional work. Customer service was excellent. A representative, called prior to coming to the home.

We chose Tiger because of their excellent reputation on Angie's List. I had excellent service when I phoned to inquire about the service. They phoned, as they said they would, prior to coming out. A very polite young man, John, was our technician. This is the third A/C and Heating company we've used in San Antonio. I'm very impressed with the service we received. John was neat and clean and careful in our home to not track in dirt, wearing "booties" and laying down a carpet when going into the attic. He was here about 1 1/2 - 2 hours longer than any one has ever taken before. He explained the need for additional freon getting our OK before proceeding. He did an excellent job cleaning our a/c units. No doubt the best anyone ever has. Cleaning out leaves that have probably been in there for years.

Their prices are comparable to the other HVAC companies. They were very helpful in picking out a system that worked for me. They called 20 minutes before they got there just to let us know they were coming.

From start to finish everything was handled extremely professionally. The salesman spent an hour with us on a Saturday to make sure we purchased a unit that was just right for our home. He even filled out the rebate paperwork for the manufacturer and local utility. The installers came on time the following Monday and worked until 9:30pm because of issues with being in an older home (spending extra time in a tight space). Afterwords they cleaned up very well. We definitely felt like we got out money's worth. The installers even dealt well with our complaining convicted sex offender neighbor.

They are on top of things and very efficient. They go out of their way to help you. We are very satisfied with them. EXCELLENT customer service. Also, if you have an appointment with them, they give you a 4 hour window, but they ALSO call to make sure you are home just before they come out. This ensures that you don't have to wait for the whole 4 hour window.

Their response was a little slow, but when he came out he wanted to put in a whole new system. He said he would write up an estimate and get it to me. I never got my estimate because I didn't want to play phone tag with him.

This was the epitome or professional work completed. Craig was organized and efficient and the team he sent to install was courteous and helpful. They left no trace of removing and installing a large unit. They picked up even the smallest trash and made sure to double check their work area. The operation of the new unit was explained. All paperwork was prepared and ready to be signed. They even had the CPS rebate filled out for me. I have had other companies work on my AC and sometimes I did not feel comfortable letting the person who showed up at my door inside my house. The installers, Patrick and Edgar, introduced themselves when they arrived and respected the fact that they were in someone's home. They were also proud of their work which made me feel that I had chosen a high quality company. All of this occurred within a weeks time, when my unit broke to the install on Friday.

This is an outstanding company! I was able to get appointment the next day after I called. The representative was efficient, nice, and didn't try to sell me items I didn't need. They installed the unit the next day with only one small glitch. A previous company had run an electrical cord under the unit and they accidentally put a nail into it. They paid for an electrician to come out the next day and fix it. I will use them again for air conditioning and heating needs!

It turned out to be a missing jumper on my themostat. He replaced it and it's been working fine since. He also checked on the AC to see if that was working properly (after fixing the heating problem). The Technician also brought in a protective pad so he wouldn't leave a mess--very clean & tidy. Overall a quick, professional repair. I couldn't have asked for more.

Great. The call for service was excellent. The guy was very courteous. They have a maintenance plan which includes a discount for repair calls. He offered it without being pushy at all, showed how it would save us money on work we intended to do anyway and explained how we could get it. I wasn't home for the repair call the next day, but my wife said it went very well.

I came home on a Friday afternoon to find that my old AC unit had died. I called Saturday morning and Dennis had someone out to check it out really quickly. The service technician told me that although he could get the unit running again, it was not worth repair (quite true), but that it would be less expensive to have the work done on Monday than the weekend. Before he left, he did manage to get the unit running. That afternoon, the salesperson came out to evaluate what size replacement unit I needed and give me an estimate. The replacement came as promised on Monday and I was cooling my heels that afternoon. Every employee of Tiger that came out was courteous, professional, and prompt. They were a pleasure to work with. My only fault was that I should have comparison shopped the price of the unit, but that was my fault for not thinking ahead when I knew I had an old unit on its last leg.

The technician was very nice and explained what he was doing along the way. He also did not pressure me when advising of the contractor problem and yearly service plan they offer. He cleaned the outside unit thoroughly and checked everything well.

We were happy with their prompt service. They were polite and explained everything clearly. We liked their service and would hire them again because they seemed reliable. We ended up signing up for a service agreement that cost an additional $236 to get the heaters and A/C's checked and cleaned once a year. It offers a discount on repair services and covers diagnostic charges during the year that you sign up.

I was glad for additional information as I have been working on solving this problem for a long time. He was very candid that he would not take on such a job as it was not likely to be resolved to my satisfaction

Although I expected this to be a much shorter and inexpensive visit, it turns out I had more air conditioners, than I thought (recently moved in). They arrived on time, called for another representative, spent all afternoon and explained any additional services thoroughly. They were very professional and courteous. Although it was significantly more expensive than expected, I felt very confident with the individuals. who performed the work.

I called Tiger Services at about 11:30 am on a Sunday morning. The representative I spoke to said a service technician would be at my home within 2 hours. In fact, it took less than 2 hours. The technician quickly went to work troubleshooting the failure of our AC system and had the problem identified within a few minutes. It was a failed power transformer. He had a replacement part in his truck and he had our system running again within half an hour. He also performed a compreshensive inspection of the system at no additional charge. All in all, this was a very satisfactory repair experience. I will definitely use Tiger Services again the next time we have a problem.

Absolutely the very best contractor I've ever used in any category. All communication, work, and followup were fast and professional. While making the decision, I called and left a message late in the day on a Friday. The owner called me that night with the answer. This man cares about his business. The workmen were the most polite, friendly, and clean I've had in 20+ years of home ownership. I would call them again in a heartbeat. I took three bids and their price was in the middle, fair, but without unnecessary extras that ran up the price of the higher bid.

I had a question regarding my AC unit. My home insurance did not work through Tiger Services, unfortunately, but they were more than happy to answer all my questions over the phone.

The serviceman was very informative about the problem with our A/C. The company was very responsive to the replacement of our A/C and the pricing was reasonable.

I had a good experience with this company. They were on time and friendly. The tech knew what he was doing. I would use them again. The online coupon was great!
