Everything went very well. They came out as scheduled. They were very professional and even wore booties in and out of the house as to not make a mess.

Craig examined my house and existing air conditioner and made a number of recommendations that offered a range of options and prices. I chose the high efficiency system with a variable air speed air handler in order to get additional humidity control in the house. My wife and I have allergies and asthma, so the air purifying filter was a must have. The new system was installed two days later. The installation crew (Johnny & Jesse) completed the job in one day and they were very professional and courteous. The system works beautifully and its very quiet inside and out. This is a situation where you get what you pay for and both of us believe we are breathing better.

He was on time, polite, wore shoe covers. He did ask if he could cut my A/C line because somehow it would make his job easier, and I said no, and I trust he did not since I did not go into the attic to check. I did go ahead and sign up for a service contract.

I was impressed with the company and the job done.

The guys wore booties in the house to protect the carpet and laid down canvas everywhere so as not to soil my carpet. They were wonderful from beginning to end.

The visit was scheduled for a time frame of 10am-noon. I received a call at 8:50 saying they were running AHEAD of schedule and could the tech come sooner. Juan arrive 15 minutes later and conducted a very thorough inspection of my AC unit. As a first time homeowner I was not aware of the need for an annual inspection, so 2 1/2 years later I was not surprised to find that there were a few items that needed attention. Juan provided details of each action he was taking and why it was necessary as well as tips on how to keep the unit in good condition. Juan also made me aware of a potential problem that could arise down the road and prepared me with a price quote for the potential repair. The price listed consists of a maintenance agreement ($158/single unit), 3 lbs of freon ($40 - first lb was free) and Zerol Ice (an additive recommended by Juan. He even directed me to research the product online prior to purchasing so that I could make an educated decision).

Obviously very well. Their service tech showed up on time, listened to my description of the symptoms, diagnosed the likely problem almost immediately, let me watch and explained everything he was doing, excluded other alternatives, replaced the defective part (which he had on the truck), and then tested the whole system thoroughly to ensure there were no other impending failures. I couldn't be more impressed.

They did do a good job! They just pointed out things to me that made me realize that I can take out the heater myself and clean it and re-assemble it.

I have a service contract with them. They were very, very good. They wear booties (on their feet) when they come into your house. I just had installed very expensive carpeting, so I was very appreciative of that.

Excellent job. Daniel the technician did a great job. He was polite, took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also made suggestions about routine maintenance such as adding bleach to the primary AC drain lines twice a year to limit clogging. He showed up when he said he would and did a very good job.

I have just started using them and it has been great so far. They came right on time, and were very efficient and friendly. The original price is $70 for each visit, but we got the special where we pay $117 for the two annual visits.

I purchased 4 permanent air filters and they are three of them today. They seem to be very knowledgeable. I initially forgot to use my Angie's List coupon. When I called them, they honored the discount.

The price for the unit plus installation was a little more than I wanted to pay, but you have to remember that you pay for what you get. I wanted quality and professionalism and that is exactly what I received. It took the day for it to be installed and I have not had any problems.

I was bummed that we had such a large expense with this unit because it's only about seven years old. I guess that it is less to fix it than to have to buy a new one, altogether. This company did take good care of our problem and we will call them again if there is anymore problems.

I was very happy with the price of this service. I had called my Realtor to find someone initially but the person that they found was going to charge me about six hundred dollars. So I gave this company a call and am so glad that I did. They did the work right and didn't charge me and arm and a leg.

They did such a good job that we signed a two year contract with them. There personality and professionalism sold us for two years. Their work is very efficient and they do such quality work that you never expect from an air conditioning place.

They are good about calling to set up my biannual appointment. On the particular service day, they call me to say on their way. They always show up on time and present themselves in a professional manner. They will even come on a Saturday for the maintenance check so my husband can be home. The cost is based on the yearly expense for 2 units.

They are my favorite, as far as people, I can get along well with in a company. They are a smaller company, and are professional, and honest and nice. They offer great service and I think they could come down on price. They have a service man that every one in the town wants, because he is so awesome.

We have been happy with this service and will continue with it. They come on time and are easy to schedule service with. I think their prices beat their competitors and they are always reasonable if they have to come out during other times of the year for repair.
