Description of Work: I call him several times for two weeks, sometimes he state that he would call me on a specific day, and after I make job arrengement to be ready for that day so after waitting all day long for his call and he would not call me, I call him back and he say oops I forget to call you, so here we go one more time, we make another arrengement for another date and so on until finaly he comes to my home and after a 5 minutes and see the problem he said he will comeback to anothrer date to fix it but one more time he forget to come that specific day

Description of Work: repaired my sprinkler system

Description of Work: Examined the entire system, quickly diagnosed problem I had in 2 zones and also found a few other leaks and non-functioning sprinkler heads. Functioned quickly and independently while I was in discussion with other contractors/realtors. Very kind and professional, would definitely use again.

Description of Work: I called 5 days ahead of time to schedule a time to have our sprinkler system inspected/tested. John confirmed the appointment a day prior and showed up on time. He quickly located and repaired the problems (wiring issues). The price was less than I expected.

Description of Work: TWO sections of sprinklers in my front yard were not working. I contacted John, he was very cordial. We agreed to meet on Saturday, he checked all the sections, he figured out what was needed. One week after, he was punctual for the scheduled work, spend more than 2 hour fixing the problems.
