The Lawn Sprinkler Guy

I have hired John "The Lawn Sprinkler Guy" several times over the past 8-years and each and every time he has done it "right the first time" and I know that I can depend on the quality of his work, price, professionalism, and customer-friendly service. Today was no different, John was on-time and quickly identified all the problems, got them fixed and we are back in operation. Without a doubt, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND John for any sprinkler system repairs, tuneups, etc.

I depend on John entirely for my sprinkler system's maintenance and repair. I've had several emergencies throughout the years, and he comes quickly and takes care of the problem. Yesterday was simply a check-up before summer, and he discovered a broken sprinkler head and replaced it and set the various stations on the timer. I have never been disappointed in his work or professionalism.

I had a leak in one of the sprinkler heads. I called and he came when scheduled, determined what/ how to fix it, did so, I paid him, and everything has been great. I was extremely pleased and would call this company again.

John replaced several sprinkler heads for us. He called the night before to verify the appointment then called the next day to let me know he was on the way. He took the time to explain the system to me and did a great job.

We have used John for years now. He always does an excellent job. Very reasonable and professional.

Great... once we could get together... John's schedule is very full and ours is crazy. Took almost three weeks to find a workable time.

John quickly diagnosed the cause (thankfully the supply line was not broken) and quickly repaired the sprinkler head connection to the supply line. We've used John numerous times in the past several years, and he has consistently been punctual, thoroughly knowledgeable, quick to diagnose and repair sprinkler system malfunctions, and affordable. We'll continue to use and refer him to others.

Billed me $250.00 for the work which I commented sounded high but paid it anyways. Got home to find unused parts laying all over the yard where he worked, and all the spray heads that he fixed were not filled back in with the dirt to support the head, and all heads were exposed and loose and NO heads were raised per what he billed me for. VERY UNHAPPY with his work and was charged as though it was a PRO job. Will never call him back again and DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE who is expecting quality work.

House is 16 years old, and a value in backyard needed to be replaced. He is not the cheapest, I would venture mid-range, but I trust him...I am a repeat customer and what he repair stay fixed, it's the other items that age, break and require replacement.

I needed someone to come and identify sprinkler lines so we can tear up the backyard to install a new septic system. My timeline didn't fit with John's schedule but he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and referred me to another company. I am very grateful!.

John arrived on time and went right to work. He explained the repairs as he was doing them and taught me a good bit about sprinkler repairs. He works very quickly and efficiently--really knows his trade. I highly recommend him. Pricing very fair.

Super nice guy. Performed the work and called when completed and explained what he had done. I tested the system and it works great now. He replaced several heads and repaired others. I will call him again for service.

John Flores is very efficient, working quickly to make sprinkler adjustments. He has a good working knowledge of many different systems so he is able to quickly diagnose and resolve problems. He is a very likeable person as well.

Great! He charges by the hour, but he is quick and only fixes what is needed. He knows his stuff from years of experience, and won't lead you on to replace a bunch of stuff because of shoddy diagnostics. He will identify the problem quickly and fix it.

Everything went very well. Both times he arrived when he said he would. Both times he figured out the problem and repaired it for less than I expected. Very professional, appears honest and dependable. Highly recommend.

They called the day before to confirm appointment and the morning of the appointment. John was there exactly on time and went right to work. He promptly identified the problem and fixed it - tested each of my sprinkler zones and observed the spray patterns. He adjusted and/or exchanged sprinkler heads where needed and reset the valves where I had one zone coming on multiple times. He also turned on the rain sensor which had not worked since the house was built three years ago.

Was given a 4-hour window; he called and arrived a bit before the beginning of the window time. He dug up the broken piece, replaced it and the sprinkler head, visually checked other heads and replaced other, ran the "testing" mode and checked function of all heads and their directions. He checked the control, which is very old. The last time he was here, maybe 2 years ago, he said it'd need to be replaced soon, but there was no pressure to do so. He said the same thing this time except now it is "flickering." Again, no pressure to replace; just said to call when it quits. My next-door neighbor and I scheduled him for the same day, approximately same time.

He was fast efficient and the the price was less then I anticipated. Very satisfied and would definately refer him to others and use him again.
