Nice guy. He claimed we had a circuit out, but all our circuits continue to work properly. So I doubt I would use him again,.

It went very good. All he did was an inspection. He was on time. I would use them again.

He did a great job. He was extremely busy. We have spent slightly above the $49 big deal that we purchased. We had other things done. When he left, all of them were working fine. He was prompt.

The service was fine. He was very prompt and very good. He is a very personable guy and took care of me. I would recommend him.

It was fine. He was here on time, did his job quickly and left. There was just one little thing I didn't like. He obviously has been doing this for a long time. I think he's the only employee because he just work on sprinkler systems all year round. He did a good job.

The service was okay, but I really expected for the person to be able to change my sprinkler head and he didn't do it. One of the things that was hindering him perhaps was that I could not tell him where the main source for the water came from, but I would've expected for that person to have known that because when it comes to sprinkler systems I don't know anything about it. When I called the person I really thought that he was going to say this is what's wrong with it and this is what I can do to fix it, but I did not get that. It may be because of my ignorance in not saying that this is where the water source was. My husband used to do this, but we got a divorce and I have no idea where these things are when I called him out. I couldn't answer his questions, but to me someone who does this for a living should be telling me. Once I realized he couldn't fix the head I felt that he really couldn't help me. I didn't mind the $49, but I did mind that I didn't get answers to my questions. I honestly didn't really think that it was worth it because he couldn't fix my problem. I knew what the inspection was going to cost me, but I expected him to fix the problem and I would've paid for the problem.

I had a good experience with The Lawn Sprinkler Guy. He was very reasonable and punctual. I found him online but he was here in San Antonio too. I would give him big kudos because like I said he was reasonable, he was punctual and he was very efficient and effective. I would give him a very positive recommendation. I had a problem and I had a leak and it was the same time that I found the other guy but I had called him too and he came out and he did a full service on my sprinkler. He was very reasonable and he was out in a short amount of time, he serviced all the sprinkler heads, his prices were very reasonable, and he was a very pleasant man. He was very knowledgeable, he was a very get-it-done down the business, he was very fair in his business and he wasn't someone who was out to oversell his product, very customer-oriented and so forth.

I was really disappointed in the end result of this experience. I contacted them and had an initial review of the work I wanted to have done but had to complete other work before fixing my sprinklers. I scheduled a follow up visit which I waited nearly a month for only to have the rescheduled because some of their other work took too long. They then rescheduled that for another date only to reschedule again. On the final date, they called me the evening before to let me know it was supposed to rain so they would have to reschedule again but didn't have anything available for over a week. So now I have waited nearly 6 weeks to have some very simple work done only to have to find another company to do it because this one was so unreliable that I didn't feel like waiting again. I really looked forward to using them because of the good reviews but my experience was very different.

John came to my house to give me an estimate and inspect my broken sprinkler system and fix a leak. He quickly located and fixed the leak and identified the reason the system was not working (unrelated to the leak). The problem was fixed later the same day, and the system tested and broken heads replaced several days later. Price was good, and less than the initial estimate.

On time. Knowledgeable. Friendly.

I had to wait a week or so for the appointment because he was busy with Angie's List coupon purchasers. When he came out, he was quick, fixed the broken heads and checked the spray patterns and watering times for the whole system. It was a straightforward transaction, and he did a good job.

I had heard from friends what a great job he does and would have liked to be able to link up with him, but our schedules never coincided at the time I called. It actually worked out okay for me as I needed my windows worked on and used the money for window replacement instead. I will try again when I've saved up the money for this improvement.

Basically, I felt this service was worthless. The employee came out and looked at my sprinklers, and tried to adjust a few so I would get more coverage and less wasted water, but he wasn't able to come up with anything that worked for my yard. He did not swap out any heads, which would be an easy and cheap fix, but rather suggested that in the winter or spring, I let him come dig trenches and place more sprinklers in my yard, and raise the ones in the bushes. I honestly felt like I paid $49 to have him come so he could tell my my sprinkler system was inadequate and therefore he could get business from me in the future.

He is a hard worker and is friendly. He is very good. He did a good job. He had to do dig down the ground more and then replace the sprinkler system. So I paid more than the Big Deal coupon. I have hired him before and I would hire him again. He was very busy and so it took him about two weeks to get to this job.

Because he was recommended by Angie's List, I call again to have my heads adjusted, and another piece of pipe I found was broken. A $75, service call price plus parts was my quote. In addition there was over a 3 1/2 week wait for service. Sorry, but that won't do. Your question of would you use this individual again? If he could respond in a timely matter.

Bought a discounted service for sprinkler evaluation. Tried a couple times to get a hold of him. Never did get a response from the guy. my personal opinion is it shouldnt be too hard to set an appt. It's been a while so maybe he's better now? I have moved since then. Waste of money.

John Flores came and checked out the sprinkler system. After checking everything out he provided an estimate for repairs. After receiving approval he scheduled a day and time to come out and make the repairs which were made promptly and accurately for the price he quoted.

It went better than trying to get this completed. They did overwhelm my neighbor, however by two people talking at once and making her sound uninformed (she's an engineer).

John is extremely honest and could have charged me to fix a few things, but instead made the repairs as part of a teaching moment for my future benefit. I will continue to use John and reccomend him to my neighbors and friends.

After being frustrated with another sprinkler repair company (also A rated) who stopped returning my calls, I decided to give this company a shot. The first appointment, he showed up promptly. He wasn't able to determine anything in the 15 minutes or so that he walked around, and asked that I monitor it for a couple days and have him come back if I feel there's still a problem. I called and scheduled him to come back again, and he never showed. He got hung up at a previous job. I understand that happens so I rescheduled. Again, no show and no phone call. Messages are also not being returned at this point. He has been a no show for at least 2 appointments now, maybe 3. I've lost count. The problem is that I have taken time off work to be there for these appointments. If you are unwilling or unable to do the work, at least let me know so that I'm not wasting my time. I had high hopes given the number of good reviews he has, but unfortunately I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

John found three heads that were not working for various reasons and replaced them. He then adjusted the heads in all the zones. He worked quickly and effectively. I think he spend about 30 minutes at my home and got all everything fixed up and working again at very a reasonable price. I highly recommend John for irragation system maintenance. I have used John in the past, recommended him to friends who thank me for the recommendation, and I will call him again.

John the Lawn Sprinkler Guy provided fantastic service. He arrived as scheduled and did everything asked very quickly and professionally. He is courteous and thorough. I will absolutely use John for my sprinkler needs in the future.

The Sprinkler guy did the original check-up work for which we purchased the coupon and found some repairs were needed on our aging system.. We then asked him to come back to do some of those repairs, but he canceled two appointments for personal reasons. He did not contact us again, and that work has not as yet been completed. We may try to contact him again, as we need additional work done to our system to make it more water efficient.
