About us

Here at The Lawn Sprinkler Guy, I am focused on helping customers save water and helping them understand how to use their irrigation system. Most systems are not programed correctly, most are set to run too long and waste water. I can help you understand how many minutes each zone should have and when to raise or lower the zone time according to the weather. I can set up a water budget so you are able to keep track of water usage and how much it cost per zone and minute to run your system. I have over 20 years in the irrigation field and hold a current Texas state licence in Irrigation.

Description of Work: They were swamped at the time,we hoping to use them. |Eloisa,the receptionist was kind enough to let us know that, and gave us the name and number of another company that would be able to help us. |She apologized for the inconvenience and asked for us to keep them inmind if we have another sprinkler problem that comes up. |I was so glad she was honest with me and that she went out of her way to give us the name and number of somebody that would be able to look at our problem in sooner. |If we have another problem we will call the The Sprinkler Guy first! | |

Description of Work: Our issue turned out to be a plumbing issue from the meter to the yard. John quickly assessed the problem and referred us to a licensed plumber. We only paid a trip charge. He was prompt, courteous and really knew his craft. Will definitely use him for future work!

Description of Work: Looked over my sprinkler system, all the sprinklers in the yard, reset the control panel and I have not had any problems since. He fixed the problem in one visit at half the cost of the last company I had tried. He was extremely nice and honest.

Description of Work: He came out to fix a broken sprinkler head and do a check of the system. When he found th motherboard of the controller was broken, he was able to get in a replacement and repair the system within a few hours. He was very open and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing.

Description of Work: Repaired or adjusted malfunctioning heads; fized a zone that would not shut off; made suggestions on some head changes which we will have him do in the spring; and carefully walked us through the mechanics of setting our sprinkling times and intensities. He also went through each cycle and made a few adjustments there.
