Description of Work: My sprinkler system, that this firm had previously worked on, broke down and needed repair. I called them as as he requested called his office to set up an appointment. On the day of appointment he called me to say he was sick and would call me on the following Monday to come out. Now two weeks later there still has been no response and we are on rationing which makes the matter worse.

Description of Work: Contacted the Lawn Sprinkler Guy on or about Sept 23rd, he was off for the week and returned my call on Sept 29th. I made an appointment for him to come out and locate a valve for me. I was told Oct 23rd was the next available date. On Oct 22nd I received a call confirming the appointment but was told that if it rained, the forecast is for an 80% chance, they would reschedule. I said ok, next good weather day I assumed, nope. Try waiting another 2 weeks. That makes no sense to me as a customer who has been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment. Time to look elsewhere.

Description of Work: He repaired one head and adjusted three others. Then he did a general check of the whole system, all nine stations. There was nothing slick about him from his dress to his vehicle but he knew what he was doing, did it well, and priced the work fairly. He also didn't try to "sell" me anything which I have found other sprinkler companies are fond of doing.

Description of Work: He checked the entire system, made some minor adjustments on some sprinkler heads, repairs a broken sprinkler head and replaced a valve. He was very thorough and was even instrumental in locating a valve station that had been covered up with dirt. He's so pleasant and has always done an exceptional job.

Description of Work: He dug up the control valves in the yard, and repaired broken pipe underground, and replaced sprinkler heads. He put the yard back after he was finished.
