John did a great job on my sprinkler system. Contractors had damaged the manifold-like lines that went into a the valves controlling the various irrigation areas. John was able to rebuild the entire manifold while saving the four water valves. This kept the overall repair cost to a minimum. Great job all the way around.

John was great. Showed up perfectly on time (with an advance call to let me know he was on the way). Identified the issue right way and walked me through everything he did. Even with having to go get a part he was done inside an hour. Would absolutely use him again and recommend.

First, John worked us in much earlier than any of the other companies that I spoke with. I was not home when John came by but he did a great job and even taught my wife how to operate the system.

Repaired zone that was not working. Did not do a thorough job on adjusting sprinkler heads. Missed several sprinkler heads that were off, covered, over covering, or broken. Was in a rush due to cold front coming in as he was working.

Several sprinkler heads in front and back lawn areas were leaking water even though the corresponding valves were shut off. Sprinkler guy assessed the situation and said that shut off sprinkler valve by the street needed to be replaced. He removed it and replaced it with a ball valve. Problem solved!! Our water bills are drastically lower!! He is knowledgeable and friendly. Did the job at a fair price. Would definitely use him again!!

John REALLY knows what he is doing. He got right to work. He wasted no time, but also paid attention to my questions and concerns. I think he ended up making three trips in the course of fixing my problem. The first day he was probably only at my house for 20 minutes, but accomplished a lot. He trotted down to the property line and, using a screwdriver, promptly found a valve that had been completely buried for at least 15 years and used it to stop the leak. He then quickly assessed the leaking sprinkler zone valve, and said that it would be best to wait for the ground to dry out before making repairs. He returned several days later, as promised, and made the necessary repairs. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. It might be possible to find a lower price, but, to me, it is worth it to have the work done by someone who is very knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and competent. I like to support small business people who do their jobs quickly and well.

So grateful that he did not charge to come look at that. They were unable to find the leak.

The service went well. John did a good job. I tried to contact them again for another service but he was too busy. They did exactly what the deal stated. I had no problem scheduling the service.

He gave us an estimate to fix the sprinkler and he did not get back to us. He did not do the system correctly and he was supposed to get back to us. It was a deal. There was no follow up. He is capable as far as swapping the sprinkler head but it was over priced from what we got to know. He did not finish the job.

Showed up on time. I really appreciate when someone does what they say they are going to do. Determined the problem in about 10 minutes (rain sensor wiring was defective - I chose not to replace). Checked all zones & showed me how to program the control box.

Joe was very friendly and helpful. He easily repaired the wires and fixed the pipe. He even took the time to check my sprinkler system to ensure it was all working properly. I will definitely call Joe again for the repair and maintenance of my sprinkler system.

John is a super nice man. He is very personable and knows what he is doing. He was on time and worked hard to complete the repairs/adjustments in a short amount of time. His charge was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him.

John called 1st, and showed up a little ahead of schedule. He added 2 heads, fixed a broken pipe, fixed 1 broken head, adjusted everything to cover the areas better and showed me how to use my controller. He also made sure i was in compliance with current watering regulations. He was very professional, worked fast and was personable as he explained what he was doing.

He called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Walked me through the system and changes needed to be made. Prompt, efficient, and professional.

The deal turned out okay. He did end up having to change a few heads. There were no additional fees for the sprinkler heads. The technician showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. Scheduling was not an issue

It was a positive experience. It worked out good. I do not remember exactly when the guy came out because that was a couple of years ago but he was okay. He seemed to be in a big hurry and that was the only thing that I did not like. I would have liked him to explain a little bit more of what he was doing because he was changing the direction of the sprinkler heads and changing some sprinkler heads. I wish that he had more time to tell me exactly how he was doing that so that I could learn. Anyway, he did the job and he was nice and everything but if he could have taken more time, that would have been more of a help to me. I do not think that I would use him again in the future.

Good feedback but in a hurry.

John Flores did work for me when I purchased a deal package a couple of years ago. He was called back to do more work for me because I felt he was fair, competent and very patient with me. I like to do things myself and he wasn't pushy or overbearing with me, he listened to me, did the work I wanted him to do and gave me a good impression of a professional contractor. I called him back last month to do what I had said I would do myself and didn't do. He fixed broken heads, unclogged others and made sure all sprinklers were working well. He made recommendations to make my system more efficient and wasn't pushy about his recommendations, I plan on calling him back to do the recommended work later this year. He is a good contractor and I highly recommend him. He was hired by my neighbor to do his work as well, as I have recommended him to another neighbor.

It was a pretty good experience. He was a really friendly guy. He was professional and he did his job.
