Jess was prompt, courteous, and saved me at least half of other quotes by offering to save a majority of the garage ceiling sheetrock that was still useable instead of replacing it. He has the “old school” work ethic that SO many people lack in this day and age of doing a few additional things that weren’t originally mentioned, without hesitation or charging extra, and actually communicating what time he would arrive instead of giving an unrealistic four hour window, then actually completing the job within the time frame. Thank you Jess! You not only restored my garage, but you restored my faith that there are still service professionals who care more about their art and customers than the almighty dollar.

Initially I thought we only needed drywall repair however Jesse went above and beyond and fixed more than was anticipated. He was patient and did an amazing job! Thank you!!

Very disappointing; very good salesmanship but poor execution. Excess materials left behind, minimal cleanup, very shoddy and incomplete taping and floating, facing surfaces not matching, etc. I really had hopes for an excellent job, but alas not this time. I have spent several hours thus far correcting various issues and am not done yet. Rated as a "two" only because at least all the pieces are in place. I would not hire this company again.

Jesse did a great job scheduling & communicating about our appointment. He assured me that he knew how to repair & replicate the pattern on my home's 90 year old walls (I've been burned in the past), including showing me pictures of the equipment he would use. He performed the work quickly & efficiently, keeping me posted on his progress, as I was at work. He did a beautiful job matching the dashed on texture of the walls & matching it to the existing wall for a seamless surface. He provided information on how to prime & paint the wall, and he checked back later to make sure that I knew what type of primer to use. I was very pleased with his work & would definitely recommend the Drywall Fixer.

The repair team was here as scheduled. They were running a little behind schedule but were professional and called in advance. Once on-site, they rechecked with me about what was expected and got right to business. I am still in awe of the magnificent work, cleanliness, and precision with which they assured me they would perform. This means the world to my wife and me.

There were quick to respond, upfront with pricing and fairly priced, communicative from response to my Angi's request throughout project completion, kind and courteous amid their in-home introductions and explanation of work, technically specific to properly calculate the precise details of cutting my wall and all replacement material, detailed oriented throughout the repair, and patient to dedicate as much time as needed to allow the area to properly dry between various stages of the overall repair. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with The Drywall Fixer, Jess (the owning contractor), the subject matter expert that assisted, and the outcome. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for other work.

Jess and Bentley were great...very professional. They removed 2layers of wallpaper and patched multiple holes and painted a bathroom. Came out great!

We requested to replace the drywall, they did not completely remove the existing drywall , he just covered it up and so the wall is not smooth. He left drywall debris and did not clean up after himself. The liquid stuff that he was using , some of it dripped on the carpet and on top of the stairway. When he left, he did not let us know that he was leaving so we had no idea when he will be coming back. He didn't communicate with us and left our front door open and drove away. i tried calling him and left him a message , even sent text messages twice but he's not responding . Very unprofessional.
