Robert was the absolute man! He made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end Very, very responsive and patientl which was necessary because I had a lot of questions. When I initially researched my title the estimates I received ere at least 40% more than what I purchased them for. I knew the title was expensive and was pleasantly surprised (almost afraid) when Barton quoted me their price. I would use this company again in a New York minute. I am very happy with my end product.

The salesperson was professional and returned calls promptly and was very helpful in helping me decide what were my options. Once selections were made and an appointment for installation, the installers showed up as promised and worked diligently until all was finished. The main installer is a master craftsman, very helpful and polite. My furniture was handled with care and everything went back into place once the carpet was down.

They did a pretty good job. We discovered several months later we found a place where the vinyl is starting to come back up. I was very comfortable having them in our home. While they were doing the flooring they skipped a step and just sealed it.

It was an average experience. I can't say they were fabulous. I had an issue with the first sales rep., as she didn't seem too knowledgeable and helpful. The next one was better. I was under a time crunch and they did not seem to understand that. The floors do look nice. The workers were good and there was quality workmanship.

They were terrific. They know how to do their job. They will move furniture and appliances and put them back when they are done. They were punctual and very helpful with suggestions they made. They are a very reliable company. They always made sure the clean up was done before they left.

They do good job and are available when needed.

Sub was used for installation. Communication with him was difficult. There were some hiccups with tile order from another company. However, overall installation went well. One small area proved difficult and brought out an emotional response from the sub (I thought he would walk out over the challenge...), but he stuck with it and completed the job. Cleanup was minimal. Broken tile was left outside where tile was trimmed. Pencil marks were left on the tiles. No grout sealant was used. Robert at Barton couldn't have been better. He was constantly in touch and did a great job of expediting the product as well as running interference with the sub. I couldn't be happier with his part in the process. The sub's part is what lowers this company's professionalism rating to a B. At any rate, I finally have a beautiful new backsplash!

I m really happy and it looks great! The work they did was absolutely fantastic. The whole company was responsive throughout the whole ordeal and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good work done.

We live in Washington and are getting this rental ready for sale. The carpet and linoleum was completely in disrepair. We could not be happier with the results. The only negative I'd say would be that some of the glue from cleaning their tools clogged up my disposal. I had the installer of the new dishwasher clean it out and get it un-jammed. Other than that the job was beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job without the excessive cost.

I can not even begin by telling you how professional Barton was. The installation was perfect and the people at Barton were all so professional and courteous. I shopped around and I saved so much by going with Barton. Everyone should call them to experience and save like I did. Thank you so much Barton.

Barton Company did a great job installing our flooring. They came when I needed them and got right to work and got the job done. There was a small problem with a couple floor boards breaking. They just patched it up, but I called and mentioned it to the owner and he apologized and said to keep half of the payment until it was finished. He sent a crew right back out to fix it properly.

THE CARPET ON THE STAIRS AND LANDING WERE DONE FABULOUSLY WITHOUT VISIBLE SEAMS. WHAT IMPRESSED ME THE MOST WAS THE PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE INSTALLERS.
