Very professional and accommodating. They were even able to come earlier than our time scheduled and called ahead regarding the appointment.

Everything, from shopping to final installation, went well. Keith, the salesman and project manager, was professional and very helpful. The installers were neat, professional, on time, and personable. Everything was completed in a day, as promised.

I contacted Valerie and she promptly came from across the town to perform an estimate and also provided the samples. She was willing to rework the quote to provide the exact details I was looking. The installers came on the promised start date and finished the job seven days after (weekend included). They did a very good job and both my wife and I are happy with the results. We also got a quote from another A-rated company on Angie's list and their cost was over $3,000 more with cheaper and less choices for laminate so overall we felt we got a very good deal.

We’ve used them before for tile and decided to use them again for carpet. They moved the furniture and the two men did a wonderful job. It was all done in one day.

They were able to do the job very quickly and they were very prompt. They left the area clean. Everything went perfect.

Wonderful customer-centric experience. Since we were on the far west side of the city (Alamo Ranch) the company's sales person, Valerie, came out to our house to personally assess our issues with the old carpet, our concerns for new--and what we wanted after everything was completed. She listened carefully, and came out for a second visit to our home with a better selection of samples tailored to our needs, and nailed it! The installation team came on the promised date and worked tirelessly and professionally to complete the installation. They were extremely careful and tedious when removing and replacing our furniture and furnishings. The quality of the seam work and installation was excellent. I know--I watched them throughout the process. Would definitely use them again.

Visited showroom and picked out product with help and expertise from associate. Scheduled installation for following week. Paid 1/2 of purchase in advance. Crew arrived on-time, were careful removing old carpet and padding, cleaned up floors and repaired tack strip where needed. Cleaned up very thoroughly prior to leaving. The following week the company contacted me to make certain I was satisfied with all areas of their service, and the product. At that time they billed me for the remaining 1/2 of purchase.

They do excellent work. They're competitively priced. I went in thinking I wanted to have different carpeting and the guy who worked there kind of went through the stuff and showed me how I could do it for half the price so they're very economical. They were here when they said they would be here. We would continue to use them if we have another need for flooring.

Everybody who has seen it said it's beautiful. I looked them up on Angie's List and they had a couple of "A." That's really what we went by. They were close by. We contacted them and they've been very good. They were very professional. The guys came over and they did a really nice job.

The installation, service, quality and price were all perfect. Robert was extremely helpful and responsive. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I got several bids and Robert gave the best price, did a quality/timely install and helped me find a painter. Carpet looks awesome and I'm sure the house will sell fast.

I met with Mark and he asked a lot of questions to ensure he knew what I wanted in the home. He brought several carpet samples. Explained the entire process. My carpet was installed on the scheduled date. My home looks be and new with the new floors and carpet.

That turned out great and they did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do in the allotted time that they gave us.

They did an excellent job and I absolutely love the new carpet. UPDATE: After having the carpet replaced, I took in a neighborhood stray. While looking for his owner, he tore-up and shredded the new carpet at the door in the room he was contained too. I called Barton Co. Carpets to see if there was anyway of repairing it. They had a repairman out, almost immediately, that did such a good job you would never have known it happened. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Robert personally helped me pick out the correct color of wood to match the flooring in the rest of the house. He was always very punctual about returning phone calls and oversaw the entire install. The personal attention and overall pride in workmanship was excellent! The installers were quick and professional. We are very happy with our new floors and highly recommend this company to everyone!

I was given Robert's name in 2003 when I sold another house. I had to search through my records, but finally found it and called him. In 2003, he came to my house with samples and the work was done on time and was well done. In 2013, I went to their business location to meet with Robert. I had chosen a wall color and carpet color but, in meeting with him, I realized the colors were not right. Robert chose both the wall color and carpet color for me and the results were fantastic. The work was done by very nice, reliable and fast-working installers. During the bathroom ceramic tile installation, they discovered a plumbing problem that had to be taken care of immediately. Robert discussed the issue with me and sent a plumber to take care of the work. The plumber was very nice and worked quickly. My regret is that I did not visit Robert's office in 2003 and therefore I did not realize all of the things that Barton Carpets can do. I would have let Robert coordinate everything if I had known all of the services they can provide. I would, and have, recommend working with Robert at Barton Carpets to all of my friends and neighbors. My second regret is that I have moved outside their service area; however, Robert invited me to call him with any questions I may have in the future about carpet quality, brands, installation, etc.

They were excellent. They underbid all the other bids. They were really good. I had real good service with them. I was happy with smart, silk strand and the bid and the installation. They were real professional and very prompt.

I only had one room of carpeting to be replaced. Keith brought samples when he came to measure. Their estimate beat Lowe's. I would recommend to my friends.

This had to have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. When we were planning to move, I contacted Barton's to have the vinyl floor replaced in the kitchen. I spoke to Linda, the sales representative, who came to the house to give us an estimate. I explained that we were moving and were trying to coordinate the floor replacement with the move-out house cleaning so as to have all done the same day (I had only one extra day before leaving for our new home). Once I arranged to have the cleaning done in the afternoon, I contacted Linda once again to schedule the flooring be done that morning. She assured me we would be put on the "AM" schedule. Throughout the next 2 to 3 weeks both my husband and I were in contact with her by phone, email and text messages so as to firm up details. We were assured once again the work would be done in the morning so as not to interfere with the cleaning company. The day before the appointment I called Barton's to confirm with the company themselves and reiterated the situation (that they needed to be there first thing in the morning the following day). They inquired how they would have access to the house and I informed them I would be there by 9:00 AM to let them in. I was there the following morning at 8:30 and waited and waited and no one showed up. I called the company between 9:45 and 10:00 and was immediately told I had to deal with Linda. I called her on her cell phone and asked why no one had shown to do the job. I was told they were short handed and their workers were doing other jobs but she was trying to pull someone off another job to come to my house. She would call me back and let me know. Needless to say, I was not the least bit happy and let her know in no uncertain terms just how I felt. Instead of calling me back, she personally showed up at the house an hour later to assure me someone would be there shortly to do the work. I told her it was too late since the cleaning crew was due at 1:00 and I had no intention of disrupting their appointment and she would just have to reschedule. Believe it or not, two men showed up at approximately 4:00 all ready to do the flooring. I informed them they were not about to go and lay new vinyl while the house and carpets are being cleaned and would have to deal with Linda regarding another time to do the work. I simply cannot believe the incompetence of this company and people who work for them. I certainly would never recommend them to anyone!

The sales person, Mark Steves was really wonderful, coming by to check on work regularly. A supervisor/advisor came by to see what needed to be done. He was in contact at later points. The installers were very professional, really knew what to do. The floor itself was problematic. This was found after job started. Moisture was apparent. We had to wait for the concrete to dry. Then they sealed the floor, making sure it dried and no more moisture appeared. They floated the floor, more than once to make sure that was done satisfactorily. They put back down the free laying vinyl. It didn't lay flat but had ripples. When they were not satisfied with that, they came back and glued down the vinyl. They were very patient and determined to do the job right. This required extra days and extra work not expected. Mark was in contact regularly by phone and coming by to inspect work. We did pay small amount more over original quote, which we fully expected, because of the extra work involved. The vinyl was not installed by them originally. So they sold us no flooring material. The reason for the job was a concrete slab problem, which was ongoing for a number of years. We are very satisfied with the work done and the personal attention shown. I am sure they didn't make much money off the job, but that didn't matter to them. They treated us with respect and courtesy, even though it was a small job (turned into a problem job). We highly recommend the company. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Great, a lot of work, well done, good quality flooring and carpets. Courteous servicemen/installers. the people at Barton were very patient while we made our choices. Allowed us to take multiple samples on multiple days. Very friendly and easy to work with . Provided us with lots of information to make our choices .

The Barton company has the best price & the best service! I am a price shopper, although I still want good quality. I went around to a lot of carpet stores and did a lot of research online until I found the carpet I wanted. Then I went around to and called other stores to get their best price on the carpet. There were a couple of stores that were competing closely in price, but I found some reviews that didn't show that their installers were very good. So, I then called the Barton Company whose price was lower than all of the other companies without me even having to negotiate and they had great reviews on their installers. The job was done well and for a good price, and we would definitely use the Barton Company again in the future.
