Description of Work: Impressed with a plumber? This is a first! Wow!. First, my initial call was answered by a real live male voice, not just an appointment setter, who listened to my plumbing concerns and recommended an evaluation. Technician next day was prompt, clean, knowledgeable, respectful, articulate, professional, and very well spoken. He was thorough in his diagnostics, responding to all of our concerns. He checked all water lines, including water heater in the attic. The reason for plumbing service was suspected underground or slab leaks. (Thankfully none exist.) Technician showed us how to monitor our water meter, turn on/off water supply, and he adjusted the meter valve lever. He replaced one hose bibb. Recommended sprinkler system upgrade and replace 16 yr old water heater which we will do in the near future. We will definitely call TPD for the new water heater and if we should ever need plumbing service again. TPD is a top-notch business that I would recommend without reserve.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for this plumbing service and I was not happy at all. When I called about my toilet problem, I was told the repair would be $129, and they suggested that I look at all the other plumbing needs I might have. SO when the guy got here, he fixed the toilet, then I asked him to look at a leaking outdoor faucet. He said it could probably be tightened to fix it but he would be gald to replace it - for $149!! And he was serious. SO I said if it tightening would work then that's what we would do. So he tightened it, then told me that that would balance out the rest of the coupon. So he suggested that I replace a faucet that did not need to be, and then charged me $70 to tighten a bolt. The coupon was good, but that's not the type of people I want to deal with.

Dixie answered the phone and was so kind and showed genuine concern when I explained my problem. She worked me in right away on the same day. When Angel arrived he figured out the problem without having to tear up my carpets and dig into the concrete. When he handed me the bill, he told me to go to the website and print out the coupon for a huge discount. He was very professional and works systematically by thoroughly inspecting the house.
