Description of Work: We have lived in our home for 18 years and it had a water filtering system when we moved in. Because of the age we decided to upgrade. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the installer was very good. The new system was put in place in early 2013 (cost above was for the new system). Most recent service was annual check and filter change. Installation and follow up service were easily scheduled and appointments were kept. I do think the system was a little pricey but expect it to last many years.

Description of Work: We had a water softener installed with a Reverse Osmosis under the sink. This service includes product (laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, disinfectant cleaner, general cleaners, etc) for 4-5 years worth. Expensive at the outset but factoring the cost of all of these products, worth it. Should never need to buy bottled water, either.

Description of Work: I purchased a whole house water filtration system from them. The installation did not go that well. The reverse osmosis was actually attached to a faucet that is bypassed from going through the filtration system. This led me to feel they did not know what they were doing. The water at that faucet was checked many times and I was told the water was soft when there was no way it could ever be soft.

Description of Work: Changed my garbage disposal unit. Difficult for me to grade them because they were forced on me by the Home Warranty Company, and the very lowest grade garbage disposal (builder's grade) was supplied and installed. Not Sweetwater's fault. From all that I could tell, the plumber from Sweetwater was a fine fellow and did a fine job.
