The company president visited during the correcting process to be sure all was well and that we were completely satisfied. They used a vendor for installation. He messed it up very badly and they themselves came out and fixed it. The actual folks from Sweetwater came out and put it all exactly right. It took them into the night to do it, but they did great. They made it right and we had excellent relations with them ever since. At the end of the day, it was great. They went over and above. That says good things about a company as opposed to just bringing it up to where they have to and walking away. The president of the company came and knock on my door while his workers were putting it right to make sure without question. It was a disaster and they responded in full force. We have been quite pleased with it. I did shop, compare, decide, and value and I thought the price was good.

We have had them for a long time and they are very expensive for the work that they do, but there is no other way to change the filters unless you are very young, limber and can get under the sink. We had some problems with the main source where we put the salt in the water and the gentleman said it would take another call for them to remove what caked up at the bottom because we had been using the pellets instead of the rocks. So I told him I would call him later and I have not done it. You would think as a customer service they would do it right then because they are here. We make an appointment ahead of time so they always show up for their appointment time.

With regard to quality, I have had no problems. They gave me a two-hour window. He called me thirty minutes before the window began. He was here five minutes after the window started. He was here thirty minutes and gone. So the responsiveness was very good. I have no complaints; I was very happy with them.

The technician arrived on time and was even a little early. They replaced the filters in the soft water system as well. He had everything needed for the work on the truck. The installation was very fast and professional. The installers were good. I have been very happy with the system. However, after I did some research, I think that the system might have been a little expensive compared to others. They are very limited in the information provided in the owner’s manual. I like to do a lot of the work and have had to figure it out myself. In the contract I had, it stated that I had up to five years to claim a package of their soaps for many different types of applications throughout your home. The contract said that they would waive the fee. When I contacted them a couple of weeks ago, they said that the salesman never entered this into the system and they would not honor it. They were supposed to get back to me after contacting corporate. It has been a couple of weeks and I have still not heard back from them. Overall, I am very pleased with the unit, but not their follow up.
