From the initial estimate to installation and cleanup, Sublime had outstanding service. We had granite installed in our kitchen and two bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in getting granite.

The granite looks beautiful! The communication was good all the way through the process. John was very responsive in answering all our questions in the 3 months preceding the installation. He was also very good to work with me on a couple of last minute changes to the edge treatment. The installer was very prompt and on time on both occasions (measure and install). We were supposed to have the cutout from out sink brought to our house on the day of installation but it was missed. Sean called the shop and it could not be found. Sublime sent someone out with another cutout to replace the one that was lost within a few minutes. It was smaller (and was not the same granite) but it was nice that they sent someone out to house to give it to us right away. I would have rated the entire experience and A+ had it not been for one issue. Our bar overhang was measured to be 10 inches. After the granite was installed it was only 8.5 inches, so we lost 1.5 inches of overhang (and that is substantial for adequate knee space). We called Sublime and left a message for Sean, but an entire week has passed and so far, we have heard nothing back from Sublime. We were very disappointed about this after everything else had gone so smoothly. So we paid the full amount, but our overhang is short and so far no response from Sublime.

They were great! The granite was beautiful, they delivered promptly, and were courteous. I love my new kitchen and it was way cheaper than anyone else could provide, and was still 3 mm, not the cheap thin stuff.

Sublime custom stone was fantastic! They were very helpful and responsive. The guys that installed the granite were very knowledgeable and educated us on the different kinds of stone and told us the pros and cons of each one of them.

We found Sublime after completing our kitchen counters with a different provider. That provider had issues fabricating the exotic granite we had selected and then did a poor installation job. Sublime came out to visit us and provided their insight as to what was wrong and how they could fix it. They could "repair" the existing granite or replace it. Since our previous provider refunded us the money we had paid, we elected to replace the tops with the same exotic granite. Sublime assured us that they knew how to fabricate this type of granite. They were very professional and worked around our schedule. We even were able to upgrade the sink to a black quartz composite sink, something that was not presented to us as an option with the first provider. We had such a good experience with Sublime that we will be returning to them to install a backsplash of marble tile and glass highlights.

All of the staff is knowledgeable, professional and punctual. The cabinets were not level so they took extra measures to level the countertops. They offered to grout between the countertops and backsplash. I orginally said no and then asked them to return to do this work. They were there the next day. Great service and great Angie's list deal.

It went okay! Had a lot of extra cost than expected.

It was fine and they were good. The scheduling was fine and they were out within a couple of weeks. The workers didn’t seem to be happy to be working with each other that day. They did a professional job and did what they needed to do. They also didn’t inform me that my dishwasher was no longer bolted in. I would have like a heads up on this. It was a shock and I did lose a couple of glasses when I opened it the first time. They got the job done in about 7-8 hours.

When we contacted Sublime Custom Stone we were connected with their tile person, David. Previously we had hired a different contractor to replace the tile on our fireplace surround and they did a horrific job, even damaging our walls around it so needless to say, we had a lot of questions for David because we did not want it to happen again. He was very professional and addressed all of the concerns we had. He walked us through every step so we would feel comfortable with the work he was doing and assured us he would not be finished until we were happy. He had to rip out the old tile and re-do it completely. He took his time, was pleasant and contributed good ideas about the design. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the work he did. If we replace any other tile in our house we will definitely be using him! Our fireplace is now as beautiful as we imagined it could be and we cannot wait to show it off!

Sublime Custom Stone LLC installed a sink countertop in my bathroom. From the first contact to instillation date, the customer service was great. The job was small but the service big. They kept all appointments and the price quote was firm. They explained everything to me and it was done as they said. I could not have asked for a better experience with this company.

It went perfectly. John and Sean were both outstanding in helping us with selection and the install process. Chris and Tom were terrific installers. The whole process was without any problems, in fact they went over and above what was asked of them. We will definitely use them for any future projects and recommend them for any project.

I couldn't be happier with my granite counter tops. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional and made this whole process so easy. I've already referred a couple friends. Definitely a good company!

Service was done very professionally in terms of completing work on a timely manner and customer service. BUT there were too many things that were not included in the price that did really affected the appearance of the installed countertop. Lots of trim touch up was needed.

John was very informative in the stone choosing process and the installation was very professional. I would recommend them and plan on using them a again when we do our bathrooms.

I purchased the Big Deal coupon for Sublime. Our counters were bigger than the offer so we had to pay the overage at their regular price, which seemed a bit pricey, but the big deal coupon was a really good deal. Shawn came out for the measurements and Justin and his helper installed the next week, at each appointment they showed on time and were very professional. The install went great and the counters look fantastic!

Wonderful! Granite is beautiful and fits the counters perfect. Was provided with everything that was offered in the Angie's List deal. John and his employees very nice and professional. All questions were answered. For the plumbing part of it, John recommended Denny plumbing. Dayan came on New Years Eve to hook up my plumbing. Very nice and knowledgeable young man. Over all Best Deal in the world!!!!!

I bought the big deal and was contacted the same day. They came out to measure quickly and set up an install date that worked with my holiday time off work. The work was done professionally and finished in just a few hours. I'm hoping to use them again for my bathroom vanities. The counters are beautiful.

The whole process from the first visit all the way through installation was flawless. The guys had a small issue with the seam, but spent extra time to make sure it was perfect. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it and charged me what they said they would charge me. Awesome company.

These guys were outstanding. I had quite a bit of work done. I got one of the Angies' list big deals. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. They were consummate professionals. The price for everything was extremely competitive and there were no unnecessary or unexpected add-ons. I appreciated their integrity throughout the process and their advice on what would look nice and what wouldn't was fantastic (even if it didn't mean lining their pockets). They have done work for countless big time celebrities in the San Antonio area. Notwithstanding, the owner (Shawn) still found time to take care of a little guy like me on a Saturday morning because I couldn't meet him during the week day! He responded to my questions and concerns in a very timely fashion throughout the work. I am very critical of the work others do for me and consider myself somewhat obsessive and compulsive when it comes to having things done correct. I am a physician who is also VERY frugal (cheap). I can say that this was a great value. The only thing I would consider is the cost of backsplash. The deals at Home Depot are better than what Sublime could get me and it was a little easier for me to decide what kind of pattern to put up because I could go directly to Home Depot and figure things out on my own. Sublime was more than happy, however, to give me all the flexibility in the world and installed it without a hitch. It looks awesome--better than my neighbor's who had an interior designer figure something out for him. I am doing other renovations in my home and will post some photos when things are all said and done. Highly recommend.

I called Sublime for an estimate based on the reviews and deal they advertised on Angie's list. They set up an appointment promptly and provided a detailed estimate quickly. We had two other estimates - one was higher and one was lower - but we felt most comfortable with the Sublime team so we went with them. I was able to pick out my slab and they did a wonderful job fabricating the counter tops. All went well and we love our new counter tops - they are sublime!

These guys were so nice and professional. They made it very easy for me to pick from the remnants on hand, since I just needed an island top for my kitchen. They were in and out of my house quickly and professionally. I love my new island top and will definitely use this company again. Very pleased with the experience with Sublime and will use them again.
