I had a horrible experience with another company Sublime saves my project!! I have my 23 inch bar! It cost me an additional $1755.00, $1445.00 of that was for the reminiscence piece charged by Key Stone. Sublime had a much smaller piece to work with and was still able to fabricate one piece...seamless! Beautiful job!

We purchased the Angie's Big Deal for granite countertop for $1499 up to 45sqft. We added extra 10ft for $40/sqft to the deal, and upgraded the sink which also came with the deal to granite composite sink and also scheduled backsplash work. We happened to find the deal online and contacted the company by email and had a reply on the same day! The deal seemed "too good to be true" so we wanted to see the actual slab and wanted to talk about it in person. The next day we went to the showroom and talked to the customer rep (Katie). She was very courteous and took the time to explain about the deal. We decided to purchase the deal, chose the slab and set up the date for the workman to measure our countertops and backsplash. It all took about a month from the time to visit the showroom to when the countertop and backsplash were installed. The finished products are absolutely amazing and we praise the work done by Sublime Custom Stone LLC. All whom we contacted throughout the process of purchasing and installation, several people are involved and they all were very courteous and professional. I received many compliments of the new look of my kitchen and many couldn't believe the deal I got from Angie's list. I am a very happy customer of Sublime Custom Stone LLC and highly praise their products, service and workmanship! I would definitely recommend them!

From our first meeting with Katie at their office to the final goodbyes at the conclusion of the installation, we were impressed and completely satisfied with Sublime's work. Katie helped us select the perfect granite that would go with our existing cabinets and backsplash, answered all our questions, and was instrumental in ensuring that our first experience with Sublime was a positive one. Shawn came a week or so later and measured the existing countertops with his high-tech laser, also answering any questions that we could think of. On demo/installation day, Team Max and Cory arrived on time and set to work immediately, removing the old countertops, installing our beautiful new countertops and cleaning as they went. They were finished by about 4 pm and left us with instructions for maintaining the granite and with the request to call Sublime if we had any issues. They did a great job and we now feel as if we have a brand new kitchen. Every time we walk in there it puts a smile on our faces. Our granite is patterned and we were initially concerned that the seams between the pieces might not maintain the pattern, but they look absolutely fine. The overall experience was wonderful, and if/when we get around to replacing bathroom countertops and remodeling the tub/shower, Sublime will be the first company we call. We will have no hesitation recommending them to any of our friends who are considering countertop replacement.

Shawn came and provided estimate, from the time I selected the granite and had my installation done. Everything went smoothly, they were very professional in every aspect. I would highly recommend Sublime to family and friends, they did a beautiful job!!!

It was fast and easy. The installers were on time and did an outstanding job. Best of all, the price was amazing and my kitchen looks great!

Again, we did not touch the sink until the following day approx. 24 hrs. The sealant was clear which meant it was dry. We started to use our sink and a few days later we began to see white coming back in one area of the clear sealant. Upon closer examination, there were a few holes in the sealant and water was getting in between the sealant causing it to get wet between the sink and the counter. Now that area of the sealant is wet and soggy. It can be scraped away. We don't know how to fix it. Although the worker that did the job was courteous and friendly we would not hire Sublime again. We understand if someone makes a mistake but there were just too many problems.

This was a great shopping experience all the way round. They were very helpful in choosing the counter. The were prompt and on time when they sent someone out to measure and on the date of the install. The two installers were great. Part of a half wall had to be sanded off to install the new upper serving counter. While one installer was sanding the other installer used a shop vac to keep dust from flying all over and several times during the install they were sweeping up installation debris. Our kitchen was cleaner than it was when they left. The counters and sink are beautiful and the installers were very professional and friendly. After the install the installers took time to explain in detail the install and use information about the granite counter tops. We upgraded the under counter sink which added to the cost but even with the addition our total cost was lower than other estimates. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

The installation went perfect - two professionals were punctual, worked a full day and my kitchen counters are beautiful. I was told by friends because of the tile removal. i would have dust throughout the house - not so they vacuumed as they went. Customer Service was wonderful by all people at Sublime Custom Stone and was above and beyond. Everything they promised was delivered. I would definitely recommend them. Before i selected Sublime Stone I visited, talked to and received estimates from 5 companies.

There was an additional cost due to the square footage. It turned out well. They did a good job and worked hard to make sure they fit properly in our kitchen. The owner came out and took the measurements. His crew came out and installed them. Their estimate was comparable to others we received.

Outstanding from get go to completion.

This was a great, stress free experience. I expected a mess tearing out my old countertops. They cleaned as they went and really made no mess at all. It seemed to go smoothly and efficiently and at the end of the day I LOVE the new granite countertops and sink. What a difference,

It went awesome! I purchased the angies list special for $1,499 I think for up to 45 sq ft of granite which included installation and a stainless steel undermount sink. They were very responsive and friendly when I went into their store to pick out the color. What impressed me was when the person came to measure he told me you will have leftover granite we can put in backsplash for you which didn't say in the deal they would do that so that was an added bonus. They showed up on time for the measurement and a week later the install. Both me and my wife were extremely pleased with the look of the countertops and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

From beginning to end this was an exceptional experience! From the quick email response from John, the friendly service from Greg on the phone, the visit from Shawn to measure and template the counters to the awesome installers, Kyle and Justin, this is one professional and awesome company to do business with. We already had tile backsplashes that we loved and other companies told us that we will lose them in the demo so when Shawn explained that they would be able to demo out the old counters without damaging our tile, we were thrilled. The installers carefully removed the laminate so that there was no damage to my tile. The installers, Kyle and Justin really take pride in their work. They left my house cleaner that when they arrived! No dust whatsoever! When installation was complete, it was very difficult to find where the seams were located because so much care was put into the templating and the installation. My counters are beautiful and now my neighbor who is a realtor is planning to use them for her counters very soon as well as a coworker who is going to use Sublime for her new counters. Yes, the price was the best we found but nothing was sacrificed in service and quality. As soon as our budget allows, we will be back to this great company to have our 3 bathrooms done in granite as well. Thanks Sublime for a great experience!

The grout was a little messy but they came back and fixed it. I am also still waiting for them to come back and fix the wood by the kitchen window. Shawn was awesome and I have no complaints. The cleanup was good. The scheduling was fine.

Great price! But measurements were off, had to re-cut on site, joints weren't as smooth as they should have been. Would use them again though.

They were great: prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They wanted to make sure that everything was done to our approval. The workers from Sublime waited patiently while the electrician finished his work so that they could finish theirs. I can't say enough. I highly recommend this company.

I paid the $1500 for the initial coupon on Angie's List while I was overseas in Taiwan. The coupon came up at the right time since I was returning shortly afterward. I was able to e-mail Sublime from Angie's List and scheduled a time in early May to do the initial measurements. I didn't read that the special included an undermount sink upgrade. Originally, they were going to charge me extra for the 50/50 sink upgrade, but for whatever reason, the company decided not to do so in the end--a big blessing! I chose the tan brown granite to match the scheme I already had in the kitchen. Shawn told me ahead of time that the tan brown was going to be darker than my old countertops, and it was. But I was glad because it blended in well with everything! Justin and his assistant (didn't catch his name) came a month later to do the installation since that was the earliest appt they had open. He rechecked all the measurements that Shawn had done to ensure they were accurate. He asked me if it was okay to cut up the old counter tops, and I said yes. He moved one of my pictures from the wall adjoining the bar top so that it wouldn't fall and break apart. When it came time to drill the holes, he and I discussed options on where to put the hole for the reverse osmosis faucet. They gave a window of 4-5 hrs to complete the job, but it only took about 3 hrs. I kept the old sink for my handyman while they hauled away the old counter tops for the other $150. There was a gap between the bar top and the top of the backsplash in the kitchen behind the sink. Justin gave a great suggestion to use some wood trim like I had for the cabinets to cover it. (Fortunately I had extra trim from the cabinets, which my handyman found last night. So that will be his next task for me.) I had trouble rehanging the picture they had taken down, so he grabbed a screw to affix the picture more securely. This showed a lot of thoughtfulness on his part. One thing I would improve: Make sure you tell the owner beforehand that you're going to use strong chemicals for the protectorant. (I think it was some type of acetone.) The smell was overpowering and I had to keep the windows open for most of the afternoon and evening. Everyone who has seen the counter tops in person or on FB has commented on how wonderful they look. Terrific job by everyone at Sublime!

EXCELLENT! The crew called and requested to start earlier than scheduled... good start! They arrived and immediately started removing the old countertops. We wanted to keep the old tile backsplash and they took great care to not damage it. The whole project took a several hours and exceeded our expectations. The guys were polite and professional at all times.

OUTSTANDING!! Sublime assisted with the selection of the countertops and reffered us to Dal TIle for the tile selection (incredible inventory from which to select). Sublime took all measurements for the countertops and tile, fabricated our countertop selection and installed perfectly (you really have to know where the seams are to try to find them). The Kitchen looks amazing. I put a "B" for price only because there were less expensive alternatives, BUT. . . this is clearly an example of "you get what you pay for". Increadible quality, unbeatable work efforts, value results!

They have a perfect one and they kept trying to find a piece to match our tiles. We spent the time going through all these remnants trying to come out with something good and it's just pleasant to work with. He did great on the whole process.

I'd say overall, Sublime is a good company to work with. They are super accommodating and friendly enough. They left the work area clean and ensured I was happy with the installation before they left. There was even a measurement mistake that was corrected on site with no questions asked.

The service was outstanding and there was no trash left in the kitchen, everything was cleaned up and removed professionally.

An absolutely wonderful experience, from initial visit to completion. They allowed questions (which I had several as I was very interested in the process)and were informative.

I solely used Sublime Custom Stone because of Angie's List. As you'll see, you'll read nothing but wonderful reviews. From my first visit to get pricing to the very install, the process was smooth and clean. John accommodated my very picky needs when selecting my granite slab, and made the process seamless. They worked with my tight schedule and installed the very next week. The pricing was very competitive; even cheaper than other bids I received; for the amount of work I needed in the kitchen and all bathrooms. I was/am definitely satisfied with their work, and have already recommended them to friends who want upgraded counter tops. Use them now and save your time in shopping for other companies! You won't regret it.
