Through no fault of the company I cancelled the Big Deal I purchase.

Sublime did a beautiful job. Greg came out and gave me an estimate, owner Sean measured for the job site, and Katie helped me pick out my materials. I visited the showroom several times, and each time my concerns were addressed and all questions answered. Installers Chris and Peyton arrived when they said they would, completed the job in a timely manner, and did excellent work. My countertops look amazing. David spent many hours meticulously installing the tile back splash, and I have never seen such quality tile work. All installers cleaned the work areas upon job completion. I now have what looks like a brand new kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the results. Wish I had done this years ago! Sublime really knows its stuff.

The granite seemed to be installed OK, however their deal did mention that the stone would be sealed. It's not or something is really wrong with it. There are plastic-like bubbles all over it and they will NOT return my email questions or phone calls! When I called to talk to Greg (the sales person we initially talked to), i was told to hold on and gave them my name. They came back and said he was with a customer. He never returned my call! This outfit is a total scam. They don't follow up, do a poor job with the sealing and I would never recommend them!

Excellent. They were on time, courteous and did a beautiful job.

Installation went great. Only took a couple of hours. The only bad is that they left a bit of a mess. Cut the granite in drive way and there was quite a bit of residue left. Didn't take too long for me to clean it up. The guys were professional and friendly so I didn't see it as too much of a big deal.

Rep arrived 20 minutes late, promised an email with the breakdown of what was discussed (never received) and told me that they basically break even on this (coupon?) because Angies List makes them offer it to be a provider? I'm confused. I thought Angie's List was "real reviews by real customers" I don't know if I am more disappointed with Angies List or the service provider.

It went great, we are very pleased.

Provider arrived on time. Demo of backsplash and countertop went as planned. Provider accidentally cut an electrical wire which was noticed before the new backsplash was installed. Provider covered the repair costs without complaint. Seam in countertop was a bit too uneven as two pieces were not aligning very well. Provider came out on a Saturday to address the seam and a glue dificiency at the seam. It turned out OK but the area buffed down has a very different sheen and is therefore very visible under several lighting conditions and angles. We had arranged for the provider to fashion a lazy Susan out of the sink cutout. Unfortunately, this request did not make it to production and the cutout was destroyed during the cutting process. Provider fashioned a lazy Susan out of a different slab but of course it does not match so the provider did not charge us. On the whole we like our new countertops and would use the provider again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal offered by Sublime Custom Stone for 1,699.00 for 40 sq ft of granite to be installing in my kitchen. I paid an additional $655.00 since my kitchen counter top area was more than 40 sq. ft. I couldn't be happier with the beautiful results. The installers were professional and friendly. They left everything clean and neat. I highly recommend this company.

The big deal turned out pretty well. They were on time, they did a good job, and all was good there. I was comfortable with the date they offered based on my travel. They told me about additional charges, but we didn't decide to do them. The final product was what we were looking for, and it seemed like a good deal. The price was good for what they did.

Appointment: on schedule Estimation: The costs were itemized, the additional counter space and upgrades over the "standard coupon package" were detailed. Wait time: 1 week (between estimation, and installation date) Installation: on schedule, and uneventful. The crew clean up work area. Quality: Made an best effort to match the stone patterns between cuts. I would rather to see the "split/splice" to be away from the sink cut-out , but I am no expert. I would like to think stone-cutter made the most logical trade-off Costs (my installation only): with the coupon offer, it is very reasonable, but with the added counter space (66% more the base footage) resulted in nearly double the coupon offer.

From start to finish this project went great! Everyone was extremely helpful, I am so very pleased with the results! If you decide to use this company you will not be disappointed.

They did a great job. They are prompt, patient, responsive and professional. They allowed us to take samples home to place in our kitchen to see how it would look. They came in at 9:30 and were done by 12:30.

I ended up getting a refund for this deal. I had an idea in my head of how much square footage was involved, and I was way off. The overage drove the cost up to more than I wanted to commit for given that we had not yet gotten notice about the amount of my annual bonus.

From the first phone call with Katie, to the owner Sean coming to measure, to Chris and help installing, 100% professional and courteous and competent. We got multiple quotes in our area, and close by, saw Sublime on Angies list with Multiple positive feedbacks and decided to give them a call. I explained what I was looking for to Katie, she beat all the other quotes, matched what was offered, and had a quote to my email before I hung up with her. Sean came down less than a week later, measured, listened to our questions, made suggestions and updated the quote, called Katie and set an installation date. Chris and his assistant showed up, calling when they were 30 minutes out, went right to work, installed all material quickly, efficiently and left no mess. I still find it amazing that I could get exactly what I wanted from a company almost 3 hours away for approximately 4000.00 less than a quote for the exact same thing closer to home. I would recommend Sublime Custom Stone to anyone looking for professional, quality workmanship.

Max and his helper came in and tore out the old and installed the new with in two hours. They were polite, neat and efficient. As heavy as the granite was they were able to get it installed without a scratch anywhere in the house. I am very happy with all the employees I dealt with from start to finish. It was great! We took advantage of a great deal on Angie's List. We went by and selected our stone and edge finish, then scheduled a visit for the measuring. They were friendly and informative, and provided excellent service. We've had our counters for about five months now, and we love them.

Everyone was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt for all appointments and all work was performed as stated and to satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

We were in the process of moving and need someone to work on our counter top.

We have additional square footage outside of what the Big Deal covers and at this time it does not make sense for us to pay the extra costs to have the work done so I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

The entire process with Sublime was professional and smooth. I was nine months pregnant at the time of install and very nervous about the process going smoothly. Shawn, Katie and Greg kept everything running perfectly and were both extremely helpful via phone and in person during the one in-person visit we made to their offices. They clearly explained the process and worked with me on install timing so as to be sure everything was complete before the arrival of our new baby. We started by visiting their offices where we had a great conversation with Greg. He encouraged us to walk the floor of the nearby supplier so we could see a large sheet of the quartz in order to make a better selection decision. We did that and also found a sink and faucet that we loved. Greg/Katie/Shawn were able to order everything for us so the sink and countertops could be installed on the same day. We needed to schedule a separate faucet install with a plumber. We then scheduled a measurement visit, which the owner, Shawn came out and did himself. I explained to him what I wanted and he wrote it all down. Katie then emailed me an estimate with my Angie's List discount and we moved forward with install. Justin was my lead installer and was very courteous and focused on doing a great job. What makes me really want to recommend Sublime is how they handled what could have been a disaster install. By mistake, the quartz piece over my sink was cut in two pieces when I had specifically requested it be only one to ensure there were no seams. I called Shawn and communicated this (a bit frantically, hey, I was 9 months pregnant!) and they had a new piece cut and installed THAT DAY. I couldn't have asked for better service and care to my order. Go with Sublime if you want professional service that feels like family. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I would recommend them based on how easy they made my install and how customer focused they were, wanting to make my order right.

From start to finish everything took about two weeks and was done at a fair price. I will use Sublime again in the future.

The granite looks amazing! We got quotes from 4 fabricators and decided to go with Sublime because they seemed the most knowledgeable, had a competitive price, were very responsive and had great ideas to make the kitchen more custom without any extra cost. We got one quote that was about $100 lower but I did not like the other fabricator's lack of professionalism... so I gladly paid Sublime $100 more (and hundreds less than some of the other quotes for the same stone). We are very happy with the way the granite turned out.
