Description of Work: The actual Sublime guys were great. They were on time, did what they needed to do and finished before the time I was given, plus cleaned up their mess. The granite is beautiful. Their backsplash subcontractor was a different story. He didn't show up on the day he was supposed to, and gave me the blame game story. When he did finally show up, he did a good job. There were a few tiles I had to set myself and he left a mess. I still can't get the grout off my floor. But, I would hire and recommend Sublime again in a heartbeat. But, if you need your tile/backsplash done, I would hire someone else.

Description of Work: The came and measured and took measurements and to the shop where they cut our two slabs of granite. I had left over granite so I asked could they measure my bakers rack and if they had enough would they cut the granite to fit it as well and they said sure! So we got all our granite for the kitchen and for the bakers rack! Included in the price was a waterfall edge around our bar and the rest of the kitchen counters! Cleaned up very well and the kitchen was ready to go after they left! We would highly recommend them to any one! Our neighbor saw ours and had his kitchen , bathrooms and wet bar done! I forgot but we also had our counter bar top extended 4"! It was a great price and a job well done!

Description of Work: I bought a special for granite polishing from them. Two |Men came out and wiped the granite counter with some polish and finished in about 20 |Mins. Absolute waste of money. My maid does a better job every other week. Totally disappointed.

Description of Work: It may just be that I didn't know what to expect, but I ordered the service to get a glossy wet sheen to my counters, black granit in the kitchen and dark marble in the bathroom. I saw them do the work and as far as I know it was all done correctly, but it didn't look any different to me afterwards.

Description of Work: They originally came and cleaned and sealed granite countertops on a big deal which I think was $125. They honored the deal even though the time had past. We needed a seam in our granite fixed and got a quote for that and had them come and do that work which was okay but they didn't do exactly what they said they would do for the money. The worst part was how the one worker talked/treated the younger guy who was working with him. He was very rude and disrespectful to him.

Description of Work: They installed granite countertops and under-mount sinks. The lady at the office was very helpful with design and color selection. The only complaint I have is about the guy who drilled the holes and cutouts. Some holes were up to 1/4" off center from the sink cutout. And some sinks were not square with the countertop itself. Not too terribly but it was obvious to me. If the deal hadn't been discounted through Angie's List, I would have absolutely required them to offer a discount for the mis-alignment since it cannot be fixed. I was also disappointed that when they emailed me the invoice, that I replied with my complaint, they did not respond, even to just say sorry or something like that. Otherwise the experience was great.
