On time, did great work, a leaned up after them selves.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. There was nothing bad. They were really quick, they were efficient, and tidy. The only thing was that they told me to remove everything from my drawers, and then they removed my drawers, and so I had stuff in everything in my counters. I probably would have emptied the cabinets had I known.I would use them again in the future.

Installers were very punctual and neat. Justin, the installer, had to make some very exact trimming. The job took most of the day to complete. We are very happy with the results.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The demolition, which involved cutting down a wall and removing a section of cabinets, was done quickly and neatly. They took great care not to damage our walls, cabinets or floors and they cleaned up an the end of the day. The installers were true craftsmen with an eye for detail. Shawn and his crews were professionals. They did the job quickly, neatly, on time and on budget. The end result was a beautiful kitchen. I would give them my highest recommendation.

They process went very well. They were very professional and they completed the work on time. Scheduling went smoothly they and they cleaned up well after themselves.

The company quoted one day for removal of the old countertops and back splash with installation of the new granite countertops that same day; and a second day to install the new tile backsplash. The job was completed as quoted with no changes to the quoted price or timeline. The installers were professional, and cleaned up after they completed their work. We are pleased with the quality of workmanship and the finished look of the kitchen.

counter Excellent communication, contact via phone with followup via email. The work crew was on time very courteous and professional. The team spent a good 45 minutes to ensure the counter top was level. The old counter top seemed warped, however the counter was actually not level. The finished countertop is awesome. I had two other estimates that were over $3,000. I highly recommend these folks for granite countertop installation.

I was out of town at the time of the installation. They did everything to perfection. I wish I had asked about the length of time it would take. I thought it would all be done in one day.. It was not unreasonable to be done in three days.

They are great people to work with. They came up with the idea for the tub-surround on their own, which will end up saving me some money as it is cheaper to use as much of the granite piece as possible than to break it up between several jobs.

Delivery and installation occurred as promised. Employees are courteous, professional and definitely know what they are doing. The seams are almost imperceptible and finishing above average. They cleaned area after completion. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely use Sublime for future countertop replacements.

I purchased this deal through Angie's list and it was an outstanding bargain as I had already done some pricing of the work through other "less reputable" providers. They did the work as promised and the finished product looks amazing! They provided helpful feedback and contacted me in a timely manner. The final price was exactly what we agreed on and the guys that did the work were very efficient and professional. The only complaint (no big deal) is it took them awhile to get it done, but I know it was because they were swamped due to the Angie's List deal. Sublime is a great provider and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They showed up on time, provided the countertops promised, and finished on schedule. The work was of high quality and good price. There were no surprises.

The 1st time I used them there was an obvious miscommunication & the granite had been cut as an undermount; I needed an overmount.No problem...back to the shop & a couple of days later, I had my new countertop. I paid nothing extra for the error & they couldn't have been nicer about it. The second time, they were putting granite in my kitchen & quartz in my master bath. everything went smoothly. The guys knew I was getting my house ready to sell & had no difficulty letting me know when they thought I could go with a lesser cost by choosing some other stone. They are proud of the work they do & want their clients to be satisfied. This time I bought my sinks through them & it was much less than if I bought them retail. My 3 countertops are beautiful! These are great people to use.

We purchased the Big Deal through Angie's list shortly after visiting their location and arranging for someone to come out for measurements. On the day of installation, the guys showed up on time and did an excellent job installing the counter tops. They were very professional and did a great job explaining the process. We absolutely love the results and plan on using their services again. I especially thought it was great how personable they are after receiving a handwritten note thanking us for choosing them. Great company and great people!

Have had many compliments on the good job, even one from a plumber that noticed the good work. They always did the work on the day that they said they would complete the job. Had one tile break when they were installing the tile and they had a tile guy there soon to replace the broken tile. Would check back on the day the work was finished to make sure I was happy with the job.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt, personable, they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend to everyone.

My wife and I were pleased with the work done. We purchased their deal from Angies List, for around $1500 for 45 sq feet. We had 47 so that added a little bit to the price. There was also additional cost to tear out the old counters, and for plumbing work if we wanted them to reconnect everything which we did. We also purchased a new under counter sink, and provided our own replacement faucet. Total came to just under $2000 which we thought was very reasonable. A rep initially came out to quote the project a few days after we placed the order online (if I recall). The work wasn't going to be done for around a month after due to a backlog of work, but we were pleasantly surprised when they called a couple of weeks later and said they were ready to start. They came out and created templates on a Thursday around lunch (meeting my schedule), and a week later were ready to do the install. They were always prompt and did what they said they would do. We called them a couple of days prior to the actual installation because we changed our mind about the edging we wanted, and since they hadn't started the edging yet they were able to meet our request at no cost. So we were quite happy with that. On install day, they showed up about 10-15 mins early, and the project took about 6 hours from start to finish (including the plumbing and grouting). They didn't damage our tile backsplash or any appliances in the process, and regrouted everything when they were done with matching grout. Overall, we really like the new look and the work they did. We may even call them back to replace our bathroom counters with granite at some point. Obviously, we would recommend them.

Went exactly as they had told us. From letting us pick the exact granite they would use on our counters, to about how long it would take to install. Never any pressure from the salesman to do anything, but advised when asked. You never felt that they were trying to "up-sale" you. Installers were very courteous and hard-working. Will definitely be calling them again to do our bathroom countertops.

They crew showed up a few minutes early and went right to work. They were very pleasant, careful and obviously very experienced in counter top installation and removal. They worked non stop for about 8 hours and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of counter top space that had to be removed and replaced. They were great guys, great attitudes, obviously enjoy their job and it showed in the way they conducted themselves all day. I was really impressed with the skill level, experience and great attitude to boot. I strongly recommend them for counter top work and would use them again in a heartbeat. Nice to know this type of company and this type of service is still available in our country.

This was one of the best experiences ever. Estimate was done on the same day I called. The install was done at exactly when they said it would be. The kitchen looks fabulous. Very professional clean job.

I am happy that I saw Sublime's Big Deal offer on Angie's List. From the first visit to the store to the completion of the back splash, everything went efficiently and best of all, pleasantly. My new counter tops are beautiful and the back splash was done as well as any I have ever seen. Also, both the granite installers and the backs plash installers cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and were so polite. The only problem is now I want new tile floors and to have the kitchen painted:) Great company!

there was a three man crew ... seemed knowledgeable .... I think they did a good job and the countertops looked great ... I think I got my money's worth ... good group
