Structure Builders Over Texas

We had a wonderful experience using Structure Builders. Rudy was very responsive and his crew got the job done much faster than I expected. We ended up having to leave town for most of the project and I was a little nervous that I would not be there to micromanage everything they were doing. But they took great care of our house, as Rudy assured me that they would, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! I was especially appreciative that the crew did not leave a mess and cleaned up all of their debris at the end of each day. We will definitely be using Structure Builders again in the future.

Rudy Paiz came to my house to look at the work to be done. Said he would contact me so he could come back with this gutter "expert". NEVER heard from him again. Completely blew me off

We have used Structure Builders for all our home upgrades/repairs. Every time they have honored their estimates, in fact, they have repaired unexpected issues either for free or for a very low cost. Their workers are very punctual, professional and willing to fix almost any small issue on the spot. The quality of work is top notch and they do not and will not cut corners. This is the second project that we have used Structure Builders. Rudy came promptly and gave us an estimate. It was below the estimate that we had gotten from the (big box) store. Our first project had gone very well so we went with them ag ain. Tomas, who did the installation was very exacting and professional. The door was not a standard size so it had to be custom made. We were advised of options and special side lites were built. The job took longer than expected because of these custom pieces but Tomas kept communicating with us so that we knew what was holding things up. The painter,Enrique, did an excellent job. The finished work is wonderful and he cleared the yard of all the old material and scraps from the job. We are very satisfied with the work and integrity of the company. We will certainly use them again for our next project.

We started with a low price contractor on our kitchen and bath remodel. After 3 weeks of spotty/ shoddy work the contractor stopped showing and returning our calls. We were desperate in need of completing our project on a tight schedule as we needed to get the house on the market. Rudy showed up on a Saturday and gave us a quote for the remaining work that while more than other bids wasn't unreasonable due to our needs to have the work completed quickly. We gave the deposit the next day (Sunday) and they had 15 people demoing the following day (Monday). They got our project back on track. They estimated 21 days, completed in 20. Great workmanship, didn't nickel and dime us for every "unplanned" instance. There was a vent in the bathroom that needed to be moved and they did not ask us for more money. When we were faced with choices (tile, grout, countertop) Rudy provided suggestions that complimented the project. The workers were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. The finish was remarkable. Due to a job move we put the house on the market shortly after project completion, receiving multiple offers the first day. Every potential buyer was wowed by the bathroom and kitchen and remarked on the quality and design. I would not hesitate to use Structure Builders again for any remodel needs. Rudy was always a phone call away, kept me appraised of the project status and restored our faith in contractors.

He was very nice and professional. I opted to not go with this provider. Not the lowest or highest estimate, but was very friendly and easy to work with.

Structure Builders provided the best price, best work product, and best customer service. Rudy from Structure Builders came to our home on a Friday and had the bid and contract ready on Monday. Compare this to the weeks one usually waits for a construction bid and the responsiveness is well beyond what one would expect. After the bid, Rudy noticed some items in our room addition that he thought would improve the room, e.g., a light in the closet, and added these items at no extra cost. It took exactly one week to complete our room addition. No one would guess this was a new room; it looks like it has always been there.

They came on time to measure and order the exact door we wqanted. Several weeks later they phoned and had to reorder the door as the company shipped the wrong color. But this was corrected and they installed it quickly and did a great job.

Did not provided estimate on date stated. After several calls to office over next week with new excuses and new promises thar went unmet, I gave up.

I wish I could say that it went well with Rudy Paiz of Structure Builders; but the fact is, he only went. That is, he came out, inspected the home, said he'd provide an estimate, then I never heard from him again, despite my calling his office several times. Mr. Paiz came and he went ? I really would have appreciated a follow-up call.

Mr. Paiz quoted a start date and was right on schedule. He went further by quoting a completion date and was on target! The appearance of my house was left with a clean, crisp NEW look and received compliments on the "brand new house". His planning and efficiency allowed me to go to work while the work was being performed and filled very comfortable on the level of production that they were doing. As a customer Mr. Paiz gave me a very satified feeling on the high quality of work his crew performed. I plan on giving Structure Builders strong consideration for my kitchen remodeling in the future!

We were pleased with the work! Rudy communicated each phase and corrected any and all issues during construction.The design and specifications were all custom to our needs, but Structure Builders were there to make us satisfied at each step of the process. Most delays were due to the complexity of the design and specifications and waiting on the right craftsmen to complete the work. Rudy's team did their best to remove construction trash and debris as the job progressed and did their best to keep the house clean from dust. I trusted his crew, gave them access to the house and the workers never gave me any reason no to trust them. During their time at the house each worker was very productive and professional. Rudy even completed some additional work to enhance the project at no additional cost. Overall a great experience. Remodeling is never fun, the rewards can be nice, but Structure Builders made it happen with a lot less pain! He and his team work very hard to please the customer! A rare commodity in his line of work!

The owner, Rudy Paiz was available to us by phone and in person to answer questions and ensure our satisfaction. He responded to every question or message in a timely fashion, and made regular inspections of the job. The entire Structure Builders team worked overtime to ensure our satisfaction with the work and the quality of the products and installation . The office staff was pleasant to work with and readily available to assist with scheduling and facilitating the transfer of funds as the job progressed. The work crew was knowledgeable and hard working. They were genuinely courteous and helpful and responded to all our concerns about technique and process immediately in an intelligent manner. The crew was organized, came prepared to work, worked steadily and stayed until each section of work was completed. The job was well planned and executed. We were especially impressed when we expressed some concerns about the fit of a new door, and a specialist installer was sent out over the weekend to refit the jamb and the new door to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with our choice of Structure Builders for our project.

They remodeled a guest bathroom and master bathroom from the studs out. The workers that came in were very consciousness and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. If I was unsatisfied with anything, Rudy would take time out to speak with me. If he agreed that there was a problem, he would fix it. If he didn't think so, he would explain the reason why it had to be done that way. I was very apprehensive throughout the project, but that was just because of all the horror stories you hear everywhere. Because of Rudy's accessibility, the turned out very well and above my expectations. I have received many compliments about the work that was done, and I myself and pleased with the end result.

Mr Rudy Paizz and his company were very professional and polite my only complaint was about the amount of time to complete the project and it was apparent this was due to logistical management of being in a different geographical area then the contractor. We that being said I feel confident in the quality in the work performed and I?m sure if there is a problem Mr Paizz will stand behind his two year warranty.

Although he was on the high side, he was very honest and explained that his company is EPA certified, which is now a requirement but not always followed by most other contractors. Due to my home being built in the 1920s, lead paint is present almost everywhere and as an EPA certified contractor, they are required to follow strict standards or face possible fines that start in the tens of thousands and go up based on how many past violations occurred. He said his company has been audited by the EPA once and thankfully passed. He said that a homeowner or a handyman doesn't need to be EPA certified and can therefore do the same work without risk of being audited. Although it became apparent very soon in the visit that his estimate would exceed my budget, he was very courteous and stayed to explain all about lead paint and the necessary precautions to take, especially with children present in the home. Rudy was very kind and professional and if my budget were higher, I would definitely have considered hiring him.

Jose Adalco and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very professional, arrived early at the same time each morning, and worked hard to get the job finished early. Their attention to detail and their skills were exceptional--as evidenced by some rather complicated metal finish out that was required. Jessica, on the office staff, was very professional and courteous in her calls regarding progress and billings. Rudy Paiz, the owner, came out to conduct the final inspection. We were very impressed with Structure Builders and will be contacting them for a kitchen remodeling.

They were excellent. The contractor provided his service as advertised with James Hardie approved installation personnel. The personnel were courteous, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. My house was built in 1974, and it looks brand new! I would highly recommend Structure Builders to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home. I was so pleased with the service, that I also contracted Structure Builders to reroof my entire house. The leaks are gone, and I couldn't be happier. At the time, I wasn't aware that Structure Builders did more than just siding. But they pretty much do everything. Through the process of re siding, there was a lot of prior damage due to existing leaks from an old roof. I thought the costs for repair would be prohibitive, but Structure Builders just included the repairs in the overall cost. I had 5 bids on the job, and the other contractors showed up with a very professional demeanor. When I asked the others specific questions, I was met with uncertainty, where Structure Builders didn't hesitate. There was also a degree of honesty that the others didn't have. Why go anywhere else?

called, set up apt for 4:00, called at 1:00 and said they could come then. I was working and told them I could not be available until 4:00. They said they'd come at 4:00 did not show up or call since

I decided to have my house painted instead so did not use this provider.

Call made to structure builders as they were rated highly here and are considered "local experts" from a local tv station. Received a quote from Eddie, when my husband and I decided to go with project, however the quote went up approx $700, when we spoke with him about it, he said the removal of our shower door and putting it back on was not included in our inital quote. From the time we paid for first half of the job to be done to when the job was completed we felt like it was "a fight". Intially they did not want to honor angies list coupon, but they ended up honoring it. Tile guy was either late, did not come in or left without notice. Absolutely NO oversight from either management, though whenever we called Eddie or texted him about tile guy, he did respond. The painter and glass guy were awesome. Was told job would be a week, took 3 weeks. Approx 1 1/2weeks after job was finished, we heard nothing from mng't, so my husband txt'd Eddie to find out if we should call in payment or what we should do. Eddie immediately txt'd back that Rudy would call us and set up a walk through before we settled up. We received no calls for follow up visit and/or for final payment. Received a voicemail from Rudy on Friday 24th Jan about canceling a f/u visit at 1200 based on the ice storm which is understandable, however we knew nothing about the 1200 app't in the first place. I returned his voicemail the same day and left a voicemail to call us and as of yet, still no response. To get this process over with, we finally just called in our final payment and still no word from Rudy. Though the job looks good and we are satisfied with the outcome, communication and follow-through made this process much longer and difficult than it needed to be. I will look else where should I need another remodel.

They were pretty good. The workers didn't clean up very well at first and left things laying around the yard, but once I said something, the owner had the problem resolved and they cleaned up well after that. I was impressed that the owner had the crew come right back out and had them clean up better. He didn't even hesitate. The price was good. I compared a few different places. He didn't have the cheapest, but he wasn't the most expensive either. He explained exactly what would be done, the crew was very punctual, and I was happy with it. While some members of the crew weren't as professional as I thought they should be, the owner was very professional. I would definitely use them again, however, I would make sure they cleaned up properly before they left.

Everyone at SB was a pleasure to deal with from the folks answering the phones to, to Rudy who provided the estimate, and the workers themselves. They always arrived on time and the project was completed on time. Upon final inspection, there were a few slight issues that required taking care of, and that was arranged for quickly and was taken care of efficiently. Ask for Tony! He was the site manager and was truely awesome to work with. He kept me updated whenever an unforeseen issue arose and brought to the table solutions to handle them. I found that they weren't the cheapest in terms of estimate, but they weren't on the high end...they were just right and stayed within the estimate. I've already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. I will absolutely use them again in the future as the quality of their work was outstanding....thank you SB....sorry it took me so long to write a review, but it kept slipping my mind!

Complete remodel of bathroom. Outstanding work. Mr. Paz listened to my wants and needs and really delivered. Because of schedules I allowed him pick a granite top for me and it was so exciting to find it was what I would have picked myself! Really enjoying the bathroom!
