 + -1 moreI had 2 renovations done by Structure Builders. The end outcome was amazing. We are so happy with the work that Rudy and his guys Structure Builders done! All the way from Concrete, to framing, to drywall and paint their work is amazing and it shows. Rudy always communicated with me about my concerns and answered all my questions! My renovation was even done a week ahead of time. Structure Builders is the only company I will ever go through for my home renovations needs. They really take pride in their work and it shows! One was an add on and the other renovation they put a larger window in the front is my home and took French doors out in then back and put a beautiful window in for me. They also made it possible for me to hookup my RV at home but putting on a 50 amp I the side of my home! I trust Structure Builders and can’t wait for our next add on. Thank you Structure Builders !

His crew was professional and Tony and Coco (the finishers)were my favorite. Rudys team laid cement to build up the foundation, framed it out and installed double patio doors. Rudy always gives the best service and very communicative! Blessed to have found him!!

 + -1 moreNot well. Contractor makes promises that are not kept. Many timeline goal guarantee not met. Many excuses from Contractor as to why workers didn’t show up to work. Meetings scheduled with Contractor and he fails to show up. Requesting paperwork of costs and original agreement but Contractor fails to provide this . Work is not inspected and not up to code. Contractor uses poor quality materials and cuts corners.
Description of Work: Remodeling of kitchen; cabinets, flooring, electrical lighting, kitchen tile. Kitchen flooring which was replaced due to poor quality material chosen by Contractor. Electrical panel installed which failed City inspection, (not up to code.) Demolition of wall’s between kitchen and family room. Master bathroom remodeling; vanity, flooring tile, toilet shower, closet enlargement by a few feet, bathroom accessories. Roofing, however; Charcoal black shingles were installed instead of the light gray color shingles we had previously agreed on. Contractor compensated error by installing single Solar Air Vent. A Front door installed. There were many work delays and inconsistencies with work jobs and orders of materials. Experienced Many broken promises and guarantees that project goals would have a timeline completion date that didn’t occur. It’s been a year and counting … for kitchen and bathroom remodeling to be completed. Last time workers came to work was on February 8, 2024 to install Front entry door. Contractor asked for $10,000 dollars however, i gave him 5,000 dollars and remaining amount due when job is completed. I am a tolerant soul. I am someone who tries to extend the benefit of the doubt; however, I do have a limit and I believe Contractor has crossed that line. I would like a refund of $ 20,000 I believe the money I’ve already given to Contractor, far exceeds the work done, work materials, not to mention timeline delays that have now run over a year and continues … I do not want to continue working with this Contractor because i cannot trust him. It’s been a nightmare! It’s affecting my health now.

My wife and I have had several contractors over the years, who never really seemed like they cared very much. Based off of the positive reviews, we decided to give Structure Builders a try. From the first day, to the end of the remodel, we have never been happier! Rudy relieved so much stress off of us, and even gave us input, or inspiration based off his experience. He made everything EXTREMELY easy! Did I mention how much stress he relieved from us?! Not only was this a fast, flawless, easy, and comforting experience, but the entire crew are extremely reliable, and trustworthy. We never gave it a second thought leaving them with a key to our home. They did such an amazing job! It's very apparent they take pride in their work, and it reflects throughout the entire process. I went online and found Structure Builders for repairs. From the very beginning, Rudy was punctual, attentive, and showed immense empathy towards the severity of the damages and situation. Rudy walked me through each and every detail, time frame, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His employees are the best there are! The attention to detail, perfection, and attitude, made the whole experience much easier than ever anticipated. Rudy is there throughout the process making sure that you are happy with the progress and if there is anything you don’t like or honestly just decide you want it different he changes it for you. Rudy the owner, did a van tastic job of measuring out and performed excellent work along with hardwood flooring crown wood molding. It made the 700 square-foot room looks like a masterpiece. His pricing is extremely affordable in communication with him is very easy he responds quickly by text within minutes. Really appreciate his journey man, very professional polite. I would strongly recommend Structural Builders! As a retired Sheriff, and current Code Enforcement Officer, Rudy made things very upfront and clear. License and bonded. His team of experienced Journey man with 10+ years experience one up to 25 years, bring his professionalism, code Compliance, responsiveness, and affordability. What more could you ask for? We've hired him to paint the exterior of our house and deck, to replace all 30+ windows in our home and sliding glass doors, and he has always been highly professional and does what he promises to do. We recently had him out to bid on a massive renovation project, and he gave us honest insight that will save us hundreds of thousands of dollars. We've had other "pro's" out that did not ask the same questions or check structural integrity for the projects we want to do. Rudy has maintained the same level of respect and integrity for us over the years that we have known him, and we recommend him to everyone we know. He is a stand up pro, well worth the investment to work with him!

Their use of BuilderTrend made it easy to keep track of invoices, change orders and payments. While not perfect , they always quickly made the correction. Highly recommend. An area I would like to see improved is clearer and more timely communication on when the crew will arrive and who will be here. However, this should not detract from an excellent job.

Their objective was not just to complete the job, but to ensure we are completely happy with the job at the end of the day. Employees are courteous and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make the job right. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes we'd received. We were so happy with their work, we have already hired them again for a second job which is now almost complete.
