Rudy and his crew are professional in every way. They are meticulous in their work and didn't hesitate to change or re-do details that we weren't happy with. Their objective was not just to complete the job, but to ensure we are completely happy with the job at the end of the day. Employees are courteous and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make the job right. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes we'd received. We were so happy with their work, we have already hired them again for a second job which is now almost complete.

We're just completing our second job Structure Builders has done for us once again they have exceeded our expectations. Rudy & his team have been great to work with even with helping the design of our decks & bar area. I'm already planning my next project for 2020. We get compliments on our house & exterior decks every time someone visits. I highly recommend using Structure Builders as your go to contractor.

Structure Builders built a 24x12 screen porch and a 16x12 covered patio and installed French doors. Rudy and his team were outstanding all the way through the project. My wife and I had been want to do this project since moving to Texas. Talked to many contractors over a two year period. Found Rudy and the wait paid off. The job is beautiful, it looks as it was built with the house. I would recommend Structure Builders and Rudy's team to anyone. The professionalism, the recommendations, the team courtesy, and understanding of what we wanted was OUTSTANDING. Thanks for the GREAT work.

Overall everything was great! Rudy and his team were professional and respectful and the price was fair. Rudy is very responsive to inquiries and that was very much appreciated. There were a couple issues around scheduling and punctuality that delayed the project a day or two. However, they went out of their way a little to get this done in a timely manor, and we very much appreciated it. We have a few more projects planned and will definitely use this company in the future.

It went great and was done in only 7 weeks . Rudy made some suggestions had ended up making the room addition even better. I would hire him again.

We hired Structure Builders to replace the deteriorating columns supporting our carport and second-floor balcony. Rudy and his team were knowledgeable, skilled, flexible, responsive, and professional throughout the project. We are very satisfied with the process and the end result. Would definitely hire again.

Workers were very professional and promptly showed to work every day. (Six week project) The work they performed was excellent in all areas. Whole house was repainted internally. A great deal of trim work as well as drywall work needed to be done and looks great. All work was done with consideration to our requests and our property. Last thing to be completed was the flooring so that it would not be damaged during other repairs. Also had to have drywall work in garage and have the garage painted. My wife and I could not be happier.

Great! Called Rudy about a repair needed on our garage entry where we had a "parking" accident. Came by the next day and it was fixed within three days. From small repairs like this to total room demolition and rebuild, we've been very happy with Rudy's crews.

My house looks like a totally different house. The crew did amazing work that required quite a bit of difficulty. Tile work was beautifuly done, and I have no words for the beautiful cabinet work done in the bathroom. The painters were magnificant, clean lines, wonderful baseboards and were very respectful. Two months worth of work which required work to be done without our being here. NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER! It was an overall pleasant experience. Mr. Paiz even selected fixtures and made suggestions for wall colors. If you want quality work, this company is a great option.

Structure Builders is in the process of remodeling my home, including removing a wall, relocating doors, adding rooms, and renovations to the kitchen and a bathroom and they are doing a fantastic job! The team (Tony and Coco) has been great and their workmanship is excellent. My family members "in the know" have been impressed with the high quality construction work. They are fast and efficient - I can hardly keep up with them as they have moved from room to room. It has been a pleasure working with Rudy, Lee, and Robert - all have been very responsive from the initial call and I highly recommend this company.

Met Lee onsite on January 18th and we walked down the items at the home needing attention. Based on our conversation I anticipated a quote for work. I never received as much as a phone call after initial visit. I have called and left message and no return phone call or other communication. It has been over a month since visit.

The glowing reviews here are earned. After having plenty of headaches with remodeling contractors in San Antonio, I was lucky to find Structure Builders. I hired Rudy and his team to add a covered porch off the back of my home and the entire process went exactly as it should. His carpenters clearly knew what they were doing and recommended some simple upgrades to my design. They showed up everyday and often worked until dark. Best of all, their bid was more affordable than most others and there was no wrangling over unexpected costs along the way. Rudy runs a tight ship and pays for good talent that can handle most any type of construction. My new porch looks great. I was impressed and will recommend them to my neighbors without hesitation.

Rudy and Mike did a great job making our home look good and energy efficient. Mike and his team recovered from bad weather on the first day by adding workers and working longer to get back on schedule on day 2. At all times the team working in and outside the home were respectful and polit. They took extra care to protect our carpeting. The clean-up was excellent. The old windows were removed and all debris was removed from the house and yard. A small ares for improvement is in communication. We felt the need to reach out to Rudy to make sure we were still on schedule to start on a certain date. I would prefer Rudy pro-actively contacted me.

Rudy Pais and his team did an outstanding job building our studio building! I'd hire them again in a minute without a second thought! They built a 900 Sq. Ft. building from the ground up without any problems. They made their deadlines and did a great job on all the finishes. Their team of framers/carpenters (Gil & Joe) were detail oriented and did a stellar job! The painting and finish out team were on the mark with every change. Even the subs they hired were excellent and did a wonderful job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We interviewed four contractors, and chose Structure Builders and Rudy Paiz after seeing the extensive remodel they did on our neighbor's home several years ago. We had a galley kitchen so small and with so little storage, it was difficult for one person to work in it. Rudy's team and his carpenter built custom cabinets that go to the ceiling and accommodate a double oven, extended the main counter, and took a little space from the garage to make an awesome built-in pantry. I had planned to buy a sideboard for extra storage and counter space. Instead, the carpenter built a beautiful one to match the cabinets and topped it with the same quartz as the counters. So, so much prettier and more functional! Now two people can comfortably work in the kitchen, while others get what they want from the pantry, make coffee on the sideboard, use the microwave, etc., without getting in our way. We used to keep extra dishes in the garage because of the lack of cabinet space. Now they're in the new cabinets, with space left over. I never would have thought we could get such an airy, beautiful remodel without changing the footprint of the space. I've seen several remodels of similar galley kitchens in our older neighborhood, and none compare to ours. Our kitchen is updated and modern yet complements the character of our older home. It looks like it was originally designed this way, not like we fixed a bad space. We did have some delays and problems, but Rudy always returned our calls promptly and resolved any issues, sometimes going beyond what we expected. In addition, they updated the other rooms in the front of the house and fixed some bad work by a previous contractor.

Rudy, the owner was great. He came out to do my estimate and really established him and his company as being the best for the job and showed me why. He was really the only person who really sounded passionate about their business and quality of work. I had what might be considered a "small" siding job, which was maybe about 900 ft of siding on one side of my two-story townhouse. I'm single income and this was my first BIG project I've had to do with my property. My siding was in terrible condition, it was literally paper-thin in some areas and I had to do something fairly soon otherwise it could damage the inside of my home. I signed a contract on the same day he quoted me. Unfortunately, the financing that I was going to be using fell through. And so, I contacted him, (fairly panicked) and told him that I needed to cancel the contract (this was within 3 days of me signing). I told him I needed to save more money, so I could afford a larger down payment to be able to afford my payments. Continuing w/ my original financing was going to put me in a bind financially. He talked to me and we worked out a solution where he would help me finance the project directly through him/his company. Honestly, I was not expecting that. The price was not the cheapest of the companies, I had spoken to, but I was "wowed" by his willingness to help me. You don't know how much of a blessing that was and such a stress relief. Sometimes, you don't know just how much that means to a person--and I tried to express that and I hope I did, multiple times. I signed a new contract for the siding project w/ the financing consideration a few weeks later. I was told about 4-6 weeks for start time, however, it actually took 3 months to get started compared w/ when I signed the contract. That is really my only critique. During this time though, I tried waiting patiently, and I did contact him and was told they were rain delayed and had some other projects that were still ahead of mine. I would have liked to be better kept up to date, as I did the work of having to contact him to see where I was on their schedule, but him being the owner of a busy business, I understood. Also, he was doing me an incredible favor by helping me work out the financing. I was just quite anxious to get going, so I did check on where my status was throughout the time I was waiting. Once I was on schedule, It went fairly smoothly if a little longer than we planned. To sum up the entire experience: good owner and workers, beautiful final siding project. The communication could be improved.. cleanup was also ok, I did have to clean up some myself w/ some of the smaller bits of old siding and nails I found in the grass. I don't know how that could be improved upon honestly unless they had a magnetic sweep to pick those things up. Overall, my house looks beautiful, thank you!

Rudy and his team did a wonderful job. After requesting an estimate, Rudy came the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate. I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done on every task completed. Rudy was very responsive. If I called with questions, he either answered the phone or got back to me promptly. There was a bit if a delay in getting the brick work done, but everything else went well. Rudy was on vacation and had arranged for the brick layer to come while he was gone. However, the brick layer did not show up. Although Rudy was on vacation, he still returned my call and worked long distance to find an alternate brick layer. While the initial work I requested was being completed, I asked if I could add a few more things. He was very accommodating and quickly gave me estimates to do the additional work. I will definitely use Structure Builders again.

It's been a long process due to weather conditions and my schedule, but it is coming along. Rudy is informative and efficient in most communication. We are still working with them to get the roof fixed where the tiles broke during siding installation.

Structure Builders worked hard and completed the project on time. Sheet rock is a kind of messy project and in our case there was a lot of sheetrock work to be completed along with some brick to be saw down. Now we know that it is in the nature of the work - you can't stop that powder but it was held down somewhat to a minimum. 4 weeks out from completion we are still finding that fine white powder from sanding - even though we thought we had covered everything in the house sufficiently. It took a week to complete but when finished, the end result was smooth and clean - matched up to the adjacent walls - which is exactly what we wanted! Overall we were very satisfied with Structure Builders and yes, we would most definitely hire them again. They can any size/type of remodeling project! Owner Rudy Paiz is such a nice person, easy to get along with and always available!
