Description of Work: They arrived when they said they would completed work quickly and explained what they did. Would use them again and have used them at every house I have every owned and never been sorry I did only when I tried someone else. They cleaned carpet on both first and second floors.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Cleaned carpets in five room condo in about an hour. Got out many pet stains. Gave me explicit instructions for use of products I bought (included in the $300) to keep it clean. Overall - very pleased. Carpet looks much better than I had hoped for.

Description of Work: Called to schedule a carpet cleaning. Were flexible as to the time of service meeting my scheduling needs. Arrived within the time frame scheduled and did a very good job of cleaning and applying Scotchguard to the carpeting in my four bedroom home.

Description of Work: Did good work. Were professional and courteous. Enjoyed working with them. Although I thought everything was fine, my wife noticed a small blotch in an area of the furniture where they missed. Yes it was nice but she was upset. It was an honest mistake though.
